Our description
Karipidis Pension is decent accommodation in good location in Potos. It is close to everything that Potos offers. Hygiene is very good. The owners are older but very nice and hospitable couple and they are always there for you.
Accommodation is located about 150m from the central crossroads in Potos and 250 meters from the beach.
Pension Karipidis has 6 units in total - one double room with fridge (without kitchen), four triple studios and one quadruple studio.On the first floor there is a four-bed studio with two single beds and a bunk bed, a double room with two connected single beds and one three-bed studio with two single beds and a fold out arm chair. On the second floor there are the remaining three triple studios, one of which has three single beds, while the other two have two single beds and a fold out arm chair. All units have balcony and a street view.
Studios (18-22m2) have kitchen, air conditioner, TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, bathroom and balcony.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is done every five days, together with change of towels and linen.
Seating furniture and barbecue are at your disposal in a small courtyard.
In the ground floor there’s a shared kitchen with oven, decently equipped and available to all guests.
Parking is not private, you need to park around the house.
Arriving from Limenaria, turn left at amusement park and you will see Karipidis Pension on the left side of the street. It’s 250m away from the beach, and only a minute on foot from promenade, shops and taverns.
Accommodation is decent, modest and on a fine location, very close to all amenities offered by Potos.

Owners description
Welcome to Potos in Thassos, the wonderful green island in northern Greece. Potos is located about 45km from Thassos Town (Limenas) and 25km from the port of Skala Prinos. In the center of Potos you will find Pension Karipidis to have a pleasant stay in a coastal village where you can enjoy the crystal clean waters of its beaches, the deep green, the nature, the exquisite flavors of Greek cuisine,the nightlife in the bars on the beach, full of fun and relaxation.
Pension Karipidis is located on the beautiful green island of Thassos and in well known village of Potos. Potos is a wonderful coastal village in the south of the island, 45 kilometers from Thassos Town and 28 kilometers from the port in Skala Prinos. To find us, turn left from the intersection of Potos and continue straight on for about 2 minutes until you reach the Pension on the left side of the road.

- Quad rooms: A second sofa bed can be added in our triple rooms upon request at an additional charge only 5e per night.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
