Description
Suzana Villa is an accommodation located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle, and is equipped with new furniture. The apartment itself is decorated in a very beautiful and modern manner.
This villa is situated in Potos, 850m away from the town beach. The first store and bakery are located 750m away. It is a ground floor apartment (you climb three steps), with a separate bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, as well as a sofa for one person, while the remaining two sofas are in the living room. The bedroom also has a wardrobe where you can store your belongings.
The apartment is very spacious, covering an area of about 60m2.
The living room also features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator and a small oven. There is also a coffee machine that guests can use. The bathroom has a glass partition.
This unit is equipped with air conditioning and a TV, wireless internet access, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a baby cot available upon request. You can park your vehicle on the street, near the accommodation.
There is also a terrace available, where you can find seating area for relaxation and socializing.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
