Our description
Athina Palace is a newly built accommodation in Potos less than 10 minutes from the center and the city beach. The modern and comfortable accommodation has spacious terraces and private parking for all vehicles. It is located in a beautiful environment, surrounded by olive groves.
Athina Palace is located next to the road to Theologos, about 350m from the center of Potos and about 450m from the town beach.
This accommodation received its first guests in 2022. The yard is not completely arranged and there are no facilities.
Within this accommodation are four apartments on the high ground floor and four maisonettes, the first level on the first floor, and the second in the attic.
All apartments have two rooms: a living room and a bedroom. Both rooms have an air conditioner, a TV with satellite channels, and a private balcony. In the living room, there are two sofas which, when stretched out, become a double bed. This room also has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, in some an induction hob for preparing meals, and in the other a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed with a coco mat mattress. The apartment also has a bathroom. The balcony from the living room overlooks the street, the parking lot, and the Athina Villa building (same owners), and the balcony from the bedroom is smaller and overlooks another building at the back.
All maisonettes on the first level have one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, as well as a living room with a kitchen, while on the second level, they have another bedroom with one double bed and one single bed as well. There is a sofa for one person in the living room. Each living room and bedroom have air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle, and a coffee machine. All maisonettes have one bathroom on each level and a balcony with a table and chairs.
All accommodation units have two TVs with satellite channels, a hair dryer, and mosquito nets.
The use of air conditioners in apartments is charged an additional 5 euros per day in total for all air conditioners within one accommodation unit, while the use of air conditioners in maisonettes is included in the price.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days.
The villa has secured parking for all vehicles.
You can reach the house when you come from the direction of Limenaria, reach the central intersection in Potos and turn left towards Teologos. After 350m you will see the accommodation on the right side of the road, across from Villa Laskarina.
The accommodation is modernly equipped, not far from the center and the beach, with spacious terraces, and the view towards the olive groves is particularly beautiful. This is a good choice if you want to be located in Potos within walking distance from the center and the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Svaka preporuka za ovaj smeštaj. Odlično opremljen, nov, moderan, izgleda baš kao na slikama, sa odličnim wifi signalom i velikim izborom TV kanala, čak i na srpskom jeziku. Vlasnica apartmana je predivna mlada žena, veoma ljubazna, a nenametljiva, plus dobro govori engleski, što u velikoj meri olakšava komunikaciju. Svaka preporuka za ovaj apartman ukoliko tražite smeštaj u Potosu. Moja porodica i ja ćemo sigurno opet letovati ovde.

Apartman je odlican, nov, luksuzno opremljen za razliku od vecine smestajnog kapaciteta u Grckoj. Poseban akcenta na ljubaznost vlasnika apartmana koji je za sve na raspolaganju sto zatreba. WIFI internet je jako kvalitetan za razliku od drugih smestajnih kapaciteta gde je signal pun ali nema protoka,ili je protok otezan, ovde je internet za svaku pohvalu. Takodje pored grckih kanala na TV postoje i sateletski kanali na srpskom jeziku sto je retkost u Grckoj. Jos jednom sve pohvale za apatman ali i za vlasnicu apartmana.
