Dimitris Villa is an accommodation in a quiet location, offering guests recently renovated units. The yard is very nicely decorated, there is also a part with a canopy, where you can enjoy the shade. A barbecue area and private parking are at your disposal.

Dimitris Villa is located in Potos, 500m from the city beach. The first market is located 300m from the accommodation.

This facility offers six accommodation units - one two-bed studio (20m2), one three-bed studio (20m2), one four-bed studio (25m2), one four-bed lux studio (29m2), one four-bed maisonette (40m2) and one four-bed apartment (35m2). All studios are located on the ground floor (you need to climb a few steps when you enter the garden), while the maisonette is located on the high ground floor.

The two-bed studio consists of one double bed, while the three-bed studio has one double bed and one single. The four-bed studio has one double bed and two single beds, and the four-bed lux studio has exactly the same bed layout, except that the part where the double bed is located is slightly separated. The maisonette is the largest unit in this accommodation and is a studio with an open gallery on two levels. On the ground floor there is a corner sofa with one single bed. There is a double bed in the gallery. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, separated by accordion doors and two joined single beds in the living room/kitchen.

All accommodation units have a kitchen with two hotplates, a sitting area in front of the units, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, internet access, a hairdryer and mosquito nets. Two grills are available to guests, and pets are allowed.

Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day.

There is a private parking for all guests of this accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
