Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Nouvelle Vie Living Apartments is situated in the heart of one of the liveliest places on Thassos, close to the beach, shops, and all the amenities this place has to offer. Parking is provided, and the units are spacious, offering direct sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, washing machine, and everything else necessary for a beautiful and pleasant stay, giving you the feeling of being at your own home.
Located in Potos, on the street where the main promenade is situated. The nearest market is about 50m away.
Situated in the second row to the sea, only about 30m from the city beach.
There are two apartments available, each with a capacity of up to six people.
Both apartments have an area of 65m2 and consist of two separate bedrooms. One apartment is located on the first floor. The first bedroom consists of a double bed, while the second bedroom consists of a single bed, under which an additional bed can be pulled out, aligning with the single bed. Both rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the church, where a washing machine is located. The living room features a sofa for two, an air conditioner, and an additional, large balcony overlooking the promenade and the sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with glass partitions on two sides. The second apartment is located on the second floor and is equipped identically to the apartment on the first floor, with the only difference being that this one offers a slightly better view of the sea. The bathroom of this apartment consists of a bathtub with a curtain.
The accommodation includes WiFi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as a parking space. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are provided and free of charge. Pets are allowed with prior agreement and only during the low season.
During their stay, guests are responsible for their own hygiene. There is an option for an additional fee for cleaning service. Around the fourth or fifth day of their stay, guests receive an extra set of towels and bed linen, which they can change themselves.
There is a private parking lot located 300m away from the accommodation.

Postovani, da li je app sa pogledom na more slobodan u terminu od 21.06 do 29.06.25 za 8 nocenja, za 3 odrasla i 2 dece? Cena apartmana? I ako moze blize dimezije trpezarije sa krevotom za spavanje, na jednoj slici izgleda komfono dok na drugoj dosta manje kao hodnik? Hvala unapred Jasmina +381648086585
