Aliento Apartments is located in the center of Potos. Inside the decent courtyard there are few buildings with accommodation units and parking space (which is a special convenience when the center of Potos is concerned). The owners are very nice and hygiene is on very high level.

This accommodation is actually part of Villa Dora and offers two six-bed apartments.

These two six-bed duplex apartments (50m2) are located on the high ground (No.7) and first floor (No.10) and have two bedrooms, two terraces and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have one double bed narrower than the standard and one single bed, as well as the exit to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room. Furniture is older, classic wooden.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have a TV with decoder, terraces, a bathroom and a kitchen. There are also two baby cots available upon request. Small pets are also allowed upon request.

Replacement of bed linen, towels and general cleanliness of the apartments is done every three days, after consultation of the guests with the owners about the time that this will happen. Kitchen and bathroom garbage are taken care of by the guests themselves.

The yard is spacious and mostly concrete and there's shade. In the yard there is also a public shared barbecue which can be used after consultation of the guests with the owners.

In the yard that is shared vith villa Dora, there are 10 parking spaces for 12 studios and apartments, and in the same street (about 1-2 minutes by foot) there's a free public parking.

Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, at the very entrance of Potos after Alexandra Beach hotel, you'll see the street that goes off half-right from the main road. Turn and about 150m and you ll see Dora Villa on the left side of the road. Tattoo studio is to the left of the gate and the clothes store is to the right.

Dora Villa is a great choice for all of you who want to be in the center of Potos, a few steps away from all the necessary amenities and the city beach, yet at the same time isolated from the noise, within the spacious courtyard. It has almost perfect location in Potos close to the promenade, yet with good prices.

"Aliento Apartments" is located in Potos, a seaside village on the southern side of Thassos and is a family business. Our accommodation offers two unrenovated but freshly renewed 6-bed apartments, both for groups of adults or families with children. The managers of the business speak Greek and English, while in the morning hours it is also possible to communicate directly in Serbian with an employee of the business.

The courtyard of the accommodation is particularly large and full of colourful plants and flowers that create a pleasant atmosphere.
It is also used as a communal parking area for our guests (it can accommodate 10 to 12 cars), and there is always room for children to ride their bikes or skateboard.In the courtyard area, apart from the communal parking, there are other facilities for our customers, which are public shared and completely free of charge.

In particular, there are:
- outdoor barbeque grill
- a gazebo with tables and chairs
- a map of Thassos with the most popular villages
- drinking water taps where you can also wash your feet before entering the apartments to keep them clean
- children's outdoor garden swing
- emergency fire extinguishers in prominent places
- children's plastic balls (for playing in the yard)
- rubbish bins
- plastic bottle recycling bin
- lending library with books in Greek
- luggage storage area during check-in or/and check-out

The purple apartment (No 7) and the orange apartment (No 10) are in the same building. The purple apartment is on the mezzanine floor and has a garden-view balcony while the orange apartment is on the first floor of the building and has a sky-view balcony. Both apartments have an area of 50m2 and both apartments have two balconies (the aforementioned area does not include the balconies), a bathroom, two main rooms with beds and a kitchen. Access to the courtyard and parking is easy and quick. "Aliento Apartments" provide you completely free of charge with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, so that you can turn your stay on our island into an exceptional memory.

In particular, what the apartments are equipped with and which are included in the booking price are:
1) Main areas: In both apartments there are two single beds (95cm x 205cm each) and two semi-double beds (140cm x 205cm each). They also have large wooden wardrobes with hangers, two air-conditioners, two televisions with decoder, shoe racks, clock, bedside tables, mirrors, clothes hangers and electric hair dryers. Also, inside the apartments you will also find an electric mosquito repellent, lighter, power strip, , matches, scotch tape, fly swatter, ashtray, mobile multi-charger, air freshener and a small padlock with duplicate keys. Of course, the windows in the main rooms have curtains and shutters to keep your space shady and cool. Finally, upon request we can provide you baby cots, extra blankets, one extra sheet and an one extra pillow if needed.

1. Kitchen: In the kitchens of both apartments there are electric cookers with two hotplates, fridges with refrigerator, sinks, taps with drinking water, plates, large and small forks, large and small spoons, knives, tribuson, can openers, food strainers, napkin holders, plates, glasses, coffee cups, bottle tamper, coasters, ice trays, battery-powered mixers, peelers, serving trays, kitchen scissors, plastic dish drying racks and various other cooking utensils such as fry pans, food pots, coffee pots etc.

2. Bathroom: The bathrooms in both apartments include face - hand towels, body towels, footwrap, toilet paper, soap, small shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush holder, toilet brush, wash basin, small trash bin, hangers, straw broom, dustpan, mop and mop bucket.

3. Balconies: Both apartments have two balconies. The purple apartment (No7) has a "garden view" type while the orange apartment (No10) has a "sky view" type of balcony . Their second balconies face the back side of the accommodation and have clotheslines and clothespegs. Of course, all balconies have tables, cushioned chairs and large umbrellas or/and awnings (with height adjustment) for protection from sun and rain.

**Additional free of charge amenities: mosquito nets on balcony doors, mosquito nets on kitchen windows, mosquito nets on bathroom windows, catalogue with basic local numbers or services in case of emergency (bus, taxi, pharmacy, police etc), discount code for supermarket and some board games (backgammon, chess, cards, UNO etc).

Finally, in addition to all the above that are provided to our guests completely free of charge, "Aliento Apartments" offer some more amenities that are provided exclusively upon request from our guests, such as table fan, electric steam iron, Ironing board, disposable slippers, toaster, kettle. The cost of use is agreed after consultation with the owner.
