Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Aliento Apartments & Studios is located in the center of Potos. Within a large and decently arranged courtyard, there are several buildings with accommodation units and parking spaces, which is a special convenience when it comes to Potos. The owners are kind and hygiene is at a high level.
This accommodation offers four studios (three triple and one quadruple) and two six-bed apartments with two separate bedrooms, which are suitable for families with children.
On the high ground floor, there are two triple studios - number 5 (25m2) and number 6 (30m2). Both studios have the same bed layout - one queen bed, which is narrower than standard, and one single bed. These studios have balconies equipped with seating sets and overlook the backyard.
On the first floor, there is another triple studio (No. 8, 25m²), which also features one double bed, narrower than standard size (135cm x 205cm), and one single bed (95cm x 205cm). In front of the entrance to the accommodation, there is a table and chairs available for the guests of this unit. In addition to this triple studio, the first floor also houses a quadruple studio (No. 9, 30m²), which has two double beds, narrower than standard size (135cm x 205cm). The balcony of this studio overlooks the backyard.
Two six-bed duplex apartments (50m²) are located on the elevated ground floor (No. 7) and the first floor (No. 10). Each apartment includes two bedrooms, two terraces, and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with one double bed, narrower than the standard size (135cm x 205cm), and one single bed (95cm x 205cm), with access to a terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room. The furniture is classic wooden style, and both balconies are equipped with seating sets.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi boosters, televisions, wardrobes, bed linens, towels, mosquito nets, and fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens. Upon request, we can provide a baby crib, extra blankets, and pillows. Pets are allowed.
Bed linen change, towel change, and cleaning are done every three days, and you can also arrange with the owners the time you would like all this to be done. Guests are required to take out the garbage.
The courtyard is spacious, mostly paved, and shaded. It is very well-equipped, featuring a barbecue area (usage must be coordinated with the owners), a covered seating area with tables and chairs, a map of Thassos with its most popular villages, drinking water faucets for rinsing feet before entering the apartments to keep them clean, a children's swing in the garden, visible fire extinguishers, plastic balls for kids, three trash bins, a recycling bin for plastic bottles, a library with books in Greek, and a luggage storage area for use during check-in or check-out.
Our managers speak Greek and English, and in the mornings, it is possible to communicate directly in Serbian with one of the staff members.
The courtyard of the accommodation is large and filled with colorful plants and flowers, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It is also used as a private shared parking area (shared with Villa Dora), and there is always space for children to ride bikes or skateboards. If someone finds an available parking spot within the accommodation premises, they can use it without any issues. However, if the parking area is full, they will surely find a spot in the free public parking lot, which is just a two-minute walk from our accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, right at the beginning of Potos after the Alexandra Beach hotel, you will see a street branching off from the main road to the right. Drive along it for about 150m and you will see Villa Dora on the left side of the road. The nearest shops, supermarkets, and bakery are a few tens of meters away from the villa, and the city beach is about a hundred meters away. Mini market is to the left of the gate, and the clothing store is to the right.
Aliento Apartments & Studios is an excellent choice for all of you who want to be in the center of Potos, just a few steps away from all the necessary amenities and the city beach, while at the same time being isolated from the noise and crowds within a spacious courtyard.

The rooms are located in the center of the tourist Potos, but the whole complex is designed in such a way that it reminds a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The courtyards and the rooms are spotless, there are tables outside where one can enjoy a coffee or a drink at any time of the day, there is always shade from the pine trees of the courtyard and there is parking (very important). The rooms are cool, they also have air conditioning, clean and tidy. The sea is a stone's throw away as well as many shops for food / drinks / souvenirs / toys for the children. The owners Makis and Dina very welcoming and always available for anything we needed. The taverna Georgios next door with incredible food and wine. Overall our experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend our stay to others.
