Owners description
Sea View Bay Studios is located 50m from the beach, in the very center of Potos. There are various taverns, markets and souvenir shops nearby.
There are two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios with a view of the sea, as well as one four-bed apartment which has a mountain view.
The two-bed studio has one double bed, the three-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the four-bed units have one double bed and one folding sofa for two people.
All units are air-conditioned, have WIFI, mosquito nets, TV, standard fridge. The bathrooms have either walk-in showers or bathtub showers with curtains.
All units have their own balcony with chairs and a table.
Cleaning, as well as changing of linen and towels is charged extra if guests stay for less than seven days and it is done upon prior request, while those who stay for seven days or longer have a free cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels.
There is a washing machine in the accommodation and the laundry service is not included in the price.
Pets are allowed, but it is necessary to pay an additional 10% of the total price of the reservation.
In the lobby of the elementary school, which is located near, guests can park their cars, and parking is free.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
