Description
Sea View Bay Studios is an accommodation whose greatest advantage is its location. It is situated in the very center of Potos, near taverns, pastry shops and markets, as well as the city beach, which is only 30m away.
As mentioned above, the accommodation is located in Potos, in its strict center.
The first market is a minute walk away, while the first tavern, a pancakes and waffles store, as well as souvenir shops are right next to it.
It is located in the second row from the beach, precisely at a distance of 30m.
Sea View Bay Studios has four studios and one apartment.
The studios are suitable for two to four people, while the apartment can accommodate a fifth person if it is a younger child.
All units are located on the second floor.
2 Bed Studio Canvas (25m2) features one double bed. It has a direct sea view, as well as a street view.
3 Bed Studio Aegean (30m2) features one double bed and a pull-out bed. It has a side sea view, as well as a street view.
3 Bed Studio Delight (25m2) features one double bed and a sofa bed, where one adult can sleep. It has a direct sea view.
4 Bed Studio Breeze (25m2) features one double bed and a sofa for two people. It has a direct sea view, as well as a street view.
5 Bed Apartment Euphoria (40m2) features a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room/kitchen area has a sofa for two people and a sofa for one child. The air conditioning is located in the bedroom. It has a view of the courtyard.
Each unit has a kitchen with two burners, a fridge with a freezer, a shower cabin, a hairdryer, WiFi, TV, and A/C.
All studios have sea view, while the apartment has courtyard view.
Towel change and cleaning are done every 3 days, while bed linen change is done halfway through the stay.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but public parking, which is free, is located 170m away.
When coming from Limenaria to Potos, drive all the way to the main intersection, where you will turn right. Continue straight down the street and the accommodation is located at the end of it on the left side.
If decent accommodation in the very center of Potos and all the amenities it has to offer is what interests you, then Sea View Bay Studios is not a bad choice for your next summer vacation.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
