Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Lucky Rooms is located in the very center of Potos, about 200 meters away from the beach, on a promenade street in close proximity to all the amenities the resort offers.
The property has been partially renovated this year. It offers a total of five studios - three double and two triple. All are located on the first floor. The studios are decorated in a simple and functional manner, and each of them has a kitchenette with two burners, a kettle, a standard refrigerator, and cookware. A coffee maker is available only in the triple studios.
All studios have air conditioning, a TV, wireless internet, a hairdryer, and access to a balcony. The bathrooms are standard, with a shower cabin without a curtain or with a curtain, depending on the unit.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Upon request, guests have access to a baby cot. Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but a large public parking lot that is free of charge is located 100m away from the accommodation, on the main street.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, right at the beginning of Potos after the Alexandra Beach hotel, you will see a street branching off from the main road to the right. Drive along it for about 150m and you will see Lucky Rooms accommodation on the right side of the road. The nearest shops, supermarkets, and bakery are just a few tens of meters away from the villa, and the town beach is about 200 meters away.
Lucky Rooms is a good choice for couples and small families who want to holiday in the center of events while being far enough away from the noise, as there are no cafes nearby.
