Accommodation description
Stella Villa is situated in a peaceful part of Potos, approximately 500 meters away from the city beach. This accommodation is an excellent choice for those seeking a clean, comfortable, and new space in a tranquil environment.
The city beach in Potos is located 500m away, while a smaller beach in front of Villa Papaoikonomou is about 450m away. The nearest market is around 300m away, while the closest bakery and pastry shop Argiropoulos are also at a distance of 300m.
There are three completely new studios available, which in 2025 are welcoming guests for the first time. Two four-bed studios (numbers 11 and 12) are located on the ground floor of a multi-story building, while the third, two-bed studio, is situated in a ground floor building within the same courtyard.
The four-bed studios, ranging from 22-24m², have one double bed and a sofa bed suitable for two children. The two-bed studio (16m²) has two single beds that are connected and can be separated if needed.
All studios are modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchens in all studios are functional and include cutlery, a basic set of dishes, pots, a colander for pasta, an espresso coffee maker, as well as an electric coffee pot. Note: for safety reasons, frying is not allowed in the rooms, so a frying pan is not provided.
Each studio has a veranda in front with a table and chairs for sitting and relaxing, ideal for morning coffee or an evening break.
Private parking for all cars is located within the courtyard, which is a rarity in Potos and an additional convenience for guests.
Hygiene is maintained at a high level - bed linen and towels are changed every three days, as well as general cleaning of the apartments, while the cleaner enters daily to collect garbage.
A baby cot is also available, but it needs to be requested at the time of booking.
The villa is easily accessible - you need to turn left at the main intersection in Potos (coming from Limenaria), then immediately left again after the EKO gas station. Stella is located before Villa Aurora, on the left side.

Expectations have been met. The apartment is exactly as depicted and described. Cleanliness is at an admirable level. The staff that welcomed us was exceptionally courteous, hospitable, patient, helpful, and available at all times. I highly recommend it.

The studio is new, clean, the bathroom is beautiful and has a shower curtain, so you won't have to dry it completely after every shower. We only cooked pasta, and we had enough equipment for that. Dishes, glasses, and spoons are all new and carefully chosen, but the apartment is not suitable for serious cooking. We met the owner, but the warmth was provided to us by Tanja, a Serbian woman who worked there and was always there for everything we needed. For a family of four, the space is still small; when the sofa is unfolded, there truly isn't much room, but we had a terrace where we spent a lot of time.
