Hotel Description

Pinelopi Studios are located in the center of Potos, only few minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation offers modest units with wooden furniture, but with very affordable prices. Even though it’s exactly in the center, it is protected from the traffic and noise.

Accommodation is located in the center of Potos, 30m from the promenade, bakery and supermarket and 200m from the city beach.

The house is not new and the studios are modest, equipped with classic wooden furniture, but they are very decent and clean.

It consists of three studios (18-20m2) and two apartments. Three studios are on the high ground floor, while the apartments are on the first floor.

One triple studio number 3 is located on the ground floor is a bit smaller than the others (15m2). It has a double and a single bed. It has balcony in the front side of the house.

Two quadruple studios number 1 and number 2 are located on the ground floor (18m2) have each one double bed and a bunk beds. They have balconies from the back side of the house. They are suitable for families with two smaller kids.

Apartment number 5 (35m2) is located on the first floor and it has one double bed in the bedroom and a bunk bed and sofa for two people in the kitchen area. It’s suitable for families with children.

The apartment is duplex, it’s very spacious (40m2), it has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds), a terrace and a separate kitchen with a dining room. Since there are no passing rooms, it’s suitable for two pairs. It has a terrace on both front and the back side of the villa. The view from the terrace is mostly towards other villas.

Units are air conditioned, have a kitchen, TV, WiFi internet, terrace, a bathroom and hair dryer. Baby cot for the children under the age of three can be added in the studios number 1, 2 and 5 and in the apartment, while the extra bed can be added only in the apartment.

The owners are very kind and helpful people.

Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every 4-5 days.

In the small courtyard there is a built-in barbecue and a set for sitting, socializing and dining.

Private parking is not provided, but the public free parking is less than 200m away from the villa and is located in the same street.

Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, turn right into the street leading towards the sea immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel. After 200m you’ll reach the market on the right side and the bakery on the left of the street. Next to the market is a narrow, sleek street. At the end of this 40m long street, to the right, there is Pinelopi Studios.

If you’re looking for affordable accommodation in the heart of the town and a step away from all its contents, Pinelopi Studios is an excellent choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
