An excellent accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in. Everything is very tidy, the kitchen is superbly equipped. Comfortable beds, a very cozy terrace with an awning, air conditioning, a mosquito repellent device, an awning... The hostess is very kind. Great location, close to the beach, with a market in front of the villa and a large bakery across the street.

The accommodation is outstanding, the location is excellent, the owners are exceptionally courteous, everything is perfectly clean, the furniture is of a newer generation, as is everything else in the studio, and there are also insect screens... Now, as with everything in life, tastes vary, but we prepared well and inquired about this accommodation, so we were not surprised by what I would call the negative aspects of this studio. Firstly, privacy is compromised, as the view into the studio is practically open to everyone entering the yard due to its position, and secondly, there is noise created by the workers of the store whose warehouse is located directly beneath the studio. However, as I mentioned, we were prepared for that, and despite everything, we have a very positive impression. We would have no objections to returning there, which we will probably do.

Regarding our stay at Aithria Studios, I must express my satisfaction with the studio itself, as it is exceptionally clean and well-equipped with new furniture and kitchen essentials. It features an espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Everything is new and functional. The bedding and towels are changed every fourth day, as is the cleaning of the studio. The kindness of the owner deserves special mention, as she sent us off with a gift bag for our little girl. The location is also very good, almost in the center, yet isolated from the hustle and bustle of the promenade. However, there is one drawback: the owners of the villa are also the owners of the market located in front of the villa on the promenade. In Aithria Studios, the basement area is used as a storage space, which often causes noise during the loading and unloading of goods, and many people (workers, suppliers, owners...) circulate just below the terrace, significantly compromising our privacy since we stayed in the ground floor part of the villa. Nevertheless, I reiterate the owner's kindness, which makes you overlook these "drawbacks."

The city beach is relatively close, but we made an effort to visit all the beautiful beaches near Potos. For parking, we utilized the local city parking located at the end of the street next to the main road, where there is more than enough space. The cleanliness within the property and the common areas is of a high standard, and the friendly hosts pay attention to every detail. The kitchen is small but adequately spacious for our holiday needs, and everything worked without a hitch. The WiFi internet signal is excellent, the air conditioning is clean and functions flawlessly. There is a LED TV, but we did not use it, and the bathroom and shower cabin are sufficiently spacious and of good quality. However, the greatest impression for us was made by the kind hosts, who run a shop just 10 meters from the entrance to the property, and who strive to assist and accommodate even the smallest request at any moment - all praises!

We stayed from September 1st to 10th this year. Firstly, most of the comments expressed here are accurate; the villa and accommodation deserve a rating of 4.8 out of 5. The hosts were very kind and friendly, the accommodation was excellent, spacious, clean, and isolated from the noise of the city, yet right in the center. Regarding parking, we left our car under the main road, about 70 meters from the villa, and since we visited the beaches every day, it suited us well to avoid navigating through the narrow streets and crowds in the center. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The accommodation is situated right in the heart of Potos. Just a step away from the market owned by the villa's proprietor, as well as a bakery and pizzeria... It is exceptionally clean and spacious... They were accommodating in providing an additional crib. The apartment features a safe. We parked our car in a public parking area located about 400 meters from the villa. The town beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The water is quite warm, sun loungers are complimentary, and one drink is sufficient.

It is truly our pleasure that we spent our summer vacation and relaxation in this villa. The villa is exceptionally beautiful, secluded from noise, considering that it is located behind the supermarket owned by the villa's proprietors. We were able to procure everything we needed at the supermarket. The main street, lined with all the establishments that make tourist spots interesting - pastry shops, stores, restaurants - is just nearby. The beach is also very close, although we spent a lot of time exploring the beaches of Thassos, which are stunning and definitely worth seeing. The nearest beach accessible by car is Roso Gremos beach, which became our favorite due to its fine sand, clear and warm water, and the long shallow area that particularly delighted the children. We found parking about 100 meters from the villa, but it is not a problem to drive up to the villa to unload luggage. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of the villa, the friendly hostess Nikoletta who maintains everything perfectly, and her husband Janis. They are very kind and always ready for a joke and conversation, as well as for assistance if you need anything. Linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, and the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned. We left the accommodation extremely satisfied with the service, kindness, and overall communication with the villa owners. All the residents of Potos we spoke to were very kind and always ready for a joke. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

From September 7th to September 17th, 2017, we enjoyed an excellent accommodation in close proximity to the city beach and the main pedestrian area. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and featured a large terrace and a television. The kitchenette was well-equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. The rooms were regularly cleaned, and the bedding was changed every three days. There was a mosquito net on the balcony doors. The hosts were welcoming and kind. A nearby market, run by the owners, provided everything we needed. Overall rating: 10/10.

I am pleased with the apartment in Aithria House. Everything is new and tidy. Every third day, the cleaner comes to tidy up the apartment and change the linens and towels. My only complaint about the accommodation is that there is no table and chairs inside the apartment, only on the terrace. The apartment should have a larger kitchen with a table and chairs. Here, the kitchenette is exceptionally small, akin to that of a studio.

We returned a week ago and were accommodated in Aithri. The description fully matches what they offer in reality. We are extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and the attentive hosts. The kitchen is fully equipped, unless you are particularly demanding. The apartment is cleaned every three days, and you can always request anything you need, ensuring that hygiene is of a high standard. This deserves the highest praise, as my wife usually does not enter apartments until she has thoroughly cleaned everything, which was not the case here for the first time. If I had to mention what is lacking: - A shower in front of the apartment to prevent sand from being brought in from the beach - A larger shower area, so that an adult can bathe comfortably. Now, if these are the only minor issues that can be pointed out, it is clear that the apartment comes highly recommended (with all the air fresheners and mosquito repellent devices). I won't even mention the appearance, as everything looks just like in the pictures.

Vacation from July 4 to July 18, 2015. A married couple with a 4.5-year-old child. The accommodation was excellent, clean, and tidy, with regular changes of bed linens and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was great - close to the beach, shops, and bakeries. The internet was fantastic! An ideal base for exploring the island. We used public parking, which always had available spaces and was not far from our accommodation. A lovely vacation that we will cherish for a long time!

The last week of June 2015. There is nothing luxurious about the apartment, except that the furniture looks fresh. The apartment in pictures 4 and 5 appears to be a genuine three-bed apartment, while this one (2+1) is a classic double room with a fold-out armchair. When the armchair is unfolded, there is hardly any space left. The bathroom is indeed as shown in the picture, but it is incredibly small, and the shower cabin seems to be designed for dwarfs. The terrace lacks an awning and only has a sun umbrella (luxurious accommodation). Average, quite average... I should mention that we were without wireless internet for two days, which only has a good signal on the terrace. We have been vacationing in Potos for several years, and this accommodation will certainly not entice us to return.

My husband and I were guests at Aithria Studios from August 22nd to September 1st, 2014. I could write extensively about the accommodation, the owners, and Potos and Thassos in general, but I will attempt to summarize it in a few sentences. The accommodation was excellent, clean, with bed linens and towels changed every 2-3 days, a beautiful terrace, and a perfect location since everything is nearby. Regarding parking in Potos and throughout Thassos, it is only important not to obstruct traffic or block someone’s car; wherever you park, no one will say anything. We always parked our car just a few steps from the accommodation. The owners were more than kind; whatever you need, they are always available, despite being busy with work all day. Thassos is beautiful, nature, nature, and only nature... As for Nikana, everything shown in the pictures and described was exactly as it was, we have only praises!

We vacationed with another family in three-bed apartments at the end of June and the beginning of July 2014. We have vacationed several times, always in different accommodations through this agency, and I must commend once again the precision and thorough information regarding the description of the property. The villa is excellent, everything in it is of high quality, the studios are slightly larger than usual, and those extra square meters make a significant difference. The terraces are spacious, equipped with comfortable chairs and a table, perfectly oriented. The kitchen is well-equipped and does not take up much space. The beds are comfortable, and the linens and towels are changed as described. The hosts are friendly, polite, and very efficient when a need arises. The internet is good, not like most weak connections that only work in the bathroom if you stretch your arm through the window; it genuinely works (Skype, Viber...). There is no parking, but you can approach the entrance when you arrive and leave, allowing you to unpack and pack normally. There is a safe, but it is not built-in and weighs about 3 kilograms, so one shouldn't expect too much in that regard, but it is convenient to store some items in it. I must note that in the neighboring villa, some heavy boors arrived in two shifts; it seems they are brought by the same agency from who knows where, so anyone sensitive to the presence of uncouth individuals should keep this in mind. Perhaps it is different at another time, but we were unfortunate enough to hear all sorts of nonsense, for which neither Nikana nor the people who run Aithrija are to blame. The city parking is not far away and there was always space, but I cannot say how it is during the peak season.

This summer, I stayed with my family. The owners were exceptionally kind, and I particularly appreciated that the apartment was cleaned regularly, with bed linens and towels changed every 2-3 days.
