Maria Studios is located in the very center of Potos. Nearby, there are beaches, markets, restaurants, and cafes. The units are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a beautiful and pleasant stay, such as parking, a small kitchen, Α/C and internet access.

This is a renovated property, situated in one of the most content-rich places on Thassos - Potos.

City beach is 130m away, while the nearest market is at 140m.

There are a total of 10 units on offer: two apartments and eight studios.

2 Bed Studios, Standard (25m2) consist of a double bed. They are located on the first floor and overlook the mountain and surrounding courtyards. There are three of these studios.

2 Bed Studio, Mountain View (25m2) consists of a double bed and is located on the second floor. There is one studio of this type.

Three Bed Studio, Standard (30m2) consist of a double bed and an additional bed. They are located on the first floor and overlook the courtyard and partly the sea. There are three of these studios.

Three Bed Studio, Sea View (30m2) consists of a double bed and an additional bed and is located on the second floor. There is one studio of this type.

The apartment with mountain view (60m2) has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, accommodating up to four people. It is located on the second floor and there is one apartment of this type.

The apartment with a sea view (60m2) has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa, accommodating up to six people. It is located on the second floor and there is one apartment of this type.

All units are equipped with A/C, WiFi, TV, a safety deposit box, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a small kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with a freezer, a private bathroom (with shower only), balcony, and parking space. A baby cot is available upon request.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Private parking is available on site.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
