Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Situated in a peaceful setting, these modern, spacious, and tastefully designed apartments, just 1.5 km from the nearest beach, offer the perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and aesthetics, making them ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation.
The property features four accommodation units located on the ground and first floors.
The One-Bedroom Suite apartment can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed that can sleep two.
The Two-Bedroom Suite apartment can accommodate up to five people. It includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed for two.
A baby crib is available upon request at no extra charge.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin and complimentary toiletries.
