Hotel Description

Vila Mantesos is located in a small village Kiniri, making it an excellent choice for those who wish to spend their vacation in a less urban area. The distance from the beach is only 50 meters. The accommodation is very clean and the owners are very kind. Due to its proximity to the sea, you can enjoy a wonderful view here.

The accommodation is situated 1.5 km from the renowned Paradiso beach and only 50 meters from the beach in Kiniri.

Within the house, there are two studios on two levels (maisonettes, 50m2), one apartment (25m2), and one double studio (22m2).

The two maisonettes are on the upper floor, while the apartment and double studio are on the high ground floor.

The owners have made an effort to enhance the atmosphere in the rooms with colors, so each room has bedspreads, curtains, and some other small details in the same color.

The double studio is in blue color. The studio has two joined single beds.

The apartment is in orange color. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room, there is a kitchen and a sofa for one person. There are two bathrooms, one accessed from the bedroom and the other from the living room.

The four-bed studio on two levels is in pink color and has four beds (one double and 2 single beds).

The five-bed studio on two levels is in orange-green color and can accommodate five people as it contains a double bed and three single beds inside.

All accommodation units have a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking utensils. They also have a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The windows have mosquito nets. Free wireless internet is available.

The balconies are spacious and partitioned.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days and the cleaning is done then.

The yard is very spacious with a built-in barbecue and seating sets for dining and relaxing, as well as for children’s play.

Parking is available within the yard, in the shade.

When coming from Prinos, you will see the Mantesos sign on the right side of the road.

If you are looking for decent accommodation near the beach, ideal for a true vacation, Mantesos can be an excellent choice. It is only a minute’s drive from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Paradise beach, and just a ten-minute drive from Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, as well as the famous beach of the same name.

A decent accommodation, friendly host, and a beach just three minutes away from the lodging. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is changed regularly. It is pleasant and beautiful.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
