Hotel Description
Smaro’s House is located in the small village of Skala Kalirahi, not far from the beach. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and secluded from noise. It is a good choice for families due to the spacious yard with natural shade. Parking is provided, and guests also have access to a barbecue.
The villa is 300m away from the beach, and 750m away from the town center where the city beach and the nearest shops are located.
There is one duplex apartment available, located on the ground floor, with an area between 80-85m2. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a double and a single bed. The kitchen is connected to the living room and fully equipped. It includes a large fridge, stove, and a small sofa bed. The bathroom features a bathtub and a washing machine. From the yard and the spacious terrace, there is a beautiful view of the mountain. It is not possible to add an extra bed or a baby cot.
The accommodation includes a hairdryer, mosquito nets, internet, TV, and air conditioning. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, nor are pets. The owner lives on the upper floor.
The accommodation is cleaned upon guests’ departure, with a change of bed linen and towels. If needed, the owners can provide guests with a spare set of bed linen and towels for self-change.
The yard is spacious and features a swing, barbecue, and an additional shower.
Private parking is provided for accommodation guests.
The house is a good choice for families looking for accommodation in a peaceful location with a spacious yard where children can play.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
