Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Smaro's House is locates in the small village Skala Kalirachi, close to the beach. Villa is surrounded with olive trees and it is secluded from the noise. It is a good choice for the families with children because of the spacious yard with shade. Parking is provided for the guests as well as the BBQ.
Villa is located 300m from the closest beach, while the center with the city beach and shops is 750m away.
It offers to the guests one duplex apartment on the ground floor. It has 80-85m2. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other one are one duble and one single bed. In the living room there are a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. It has a big fridge and a stove. In the bathroom there is a bath tub and a laundry machine. From the balcony there is a nice mountain view. Extra bed and baby cot can not be added.
In the apartment there are a hair dryer, mosquito nets, internet, TV and AC. Smoking inside the unit is not allowed, as well as pets. The owners live upstairs.
The apartment is being cleanded when the guests leave. If needed, the owners can give you another set of sheets and towels during your stay.
The yard is spacious and it has a swing, BBQ and a shower.
Parking is provided for the guests of the villa.
The house is a good choice for the families that are looking for the accommodation on the quiet location and with a big garden for children to play in.
