Owners description
Sevastianis Apartments is located in the peaceful village of Skala Kallirachi, on the west coast of Thassos, approximately 450m from the village center and 500m from the nearest beach.
Within this accommodation facility, there are two modernly equipped apartments, situated on the high ground floor and designed for the stay of two adults and two children, as they consist of a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two people in the kitchen area. These apartments are also suitable for families with three small children who can share the bed with their parents.
These air-conditioned apartments feature a flat-screen TV, free WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, two hotplates and a kettle, as well as a shared washing mashine.
Guests have access to a balcony shared by both apartments, but each of them has a separate table with chairs in front of their entrance.
Within the courtyard, which is fenced and carefully maintained, with natural shade, manicured lawns and flowers, there is a barbecue area and a gazebo with a communal seating space.
The accommodation offers a private parking space for guests.
The nearest airport is in Kavala, 47km away, while the capital town of Limenas is 23km away from Sevastianis Apartments.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
