Owners description
Panoramic View House is surrounded by an olive grove and is located in a quiet part of Skala Kalirahi, about 700m from the center of the village and the first beach.
Accommodation consists of an apartment of 108m2 and can accommodate up to five people and one child (up to 14 years). It has two bedrooms called Elia (with double bed) and Votsalo (with two single beds). It also has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator and other necessary appliances and utensils. The apartment is equipped with TV, air-conditioning, internet and free parking. There are also large terraces with beautiful, panoramic views of the sea and olive groves.

Bookings
In the period from 1/6-30/6 and from 1/9-30/9 the guests can make reservations for minimum 3 nights, from 1/7-8/8, from 23-31/8 and from 1/10-15/10 for minimum 4 nights and from 9/8-22/8 for minimum 5 nights.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
