Owners description
Dreamy Villa is a quality and spacious accommodation, very nicely decorated, in a quiet location. It has three bedrooms, a large veranda where you can enjoy with family or friends.
It is located in Skala Kallirachi, about 1 km from the beach.
It is an apartment with three bedrooms (100m) located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can find an oven with four hot plates, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and a dining table. The accommodation unit has air conditioning and a TV set, internet access, a hair dryer, and it is possible to insert a baby cot, which is available upon request, when booking. The apartment has one bathroom.
Towels and bed linen are changed every fifth day, and guests maintain hygiene in the accommodation themselves (they enter a clean unit).
Private parking is available to guests, and the yard is fenced and safe even for the youngest visitors. You can also find a barbecue area in the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
