Aithrion 2 Studios is located in Skala Potamia at about 350 m from the beach, one kilometer away from the center of Skala Potamia and the same distance from the center of Skala Panagia (Golden beach).

It has a large, fenced, landscaped yard with deck chairs and umbrellas, lots of grassy areas for carefree play of children, built barbecue, tables and chairs under the porch for sitting and dining, and two-storey building with studios for two, three and four persons and one apartment for five persons.

In the three-bed studios, the following beds are available: a double bed and a single bed or a double bed and a fold-out armchair, in four-bed studios there is a double bed and a bunk bed (one of the four-bed studios has a double bed, a single bed and a fold-out armchair), while in the five-bed apartment, the guests of this accommodation have one double and three single beds at their disposal. The units are equipped with classic wooden furniture.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioners, televisions, a separate bathroom with shower, a small kitchen with a medium sized fridge, two burners, sink, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and a few additional small kitchen appliances. All have porches or balconies overlooking the front or rear side of the yard. From the balcony overlooking the rear yard the sea can be seen over trees and rooftops.

Wireless internet signal is available in the whole complex.

Towels, linen and cleaning are provided. Replacing them is performed in every three days depending on length of stay for guests.

Parking spot is guaranteed.

Next to the villa “Aithrion 2“ and its yard abuts another villa, just the same as this one, with same landscaped garden, named “Aithrion 1“, and belongs to the sister of the owner of the villa “Aithrion 2.“ Given that these villas are very similar in appearance, and the contents are almost identical, if there isn’t available accommodation in one of those, you can always inquire about the situation in the other, since they are both offered on this site.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
