Description
Apartment Navis Luxury is really something special - it is a new, very well-equipped accommodation unit, with direct acces to the beach from your living room. Guests here have access to the entire facility and all outdoor space, which provides complete privacy and freedom.
The beach in front of the accommodation is almost private, narrow and pebbly.
The property is located a few steps above the level of the coast, and the accommodation has a maximum capacity for up to four people.
The apartment has a comfortable living room with a kitchen and dining room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed slightly larger than the standard size, as well as a flat screen TV. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which when unfolded is the size of a standard double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a large stove with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils.
The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
The accommodation unit is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet and a safe for storing valuables.
Pets are not allowed, nor is a baby-cot available.
In front of the building there is a spacious paved yard, very nicely equipped with furniture for sitting and dining, swings, deckchairs and umbrellas. A large brick barbecue is at guests' disposal.
A parking space is provided.
The accommodation is located about 13 km northwest of Limenaria, close to the small fishing village of Skala Kalirahi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
