Eolia Central Apartments is a renovated residence nestled in the heart of Skala Kallirachi, just steps away from the sea.

Ideally situated on the main street, right next to the village’s sandy beach, it offers a prime location for a perfect summer getaway. Cafés, restaurants, markets and bakeries are all within walking distance.

The upper level features a spacious four-bedroom apartment, perfect for larger groups or two families traveling together. It accommodates up to eight guests, with three bedrooms offering double beds and one bedroom featuring two single beds. This apartment includes two bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there are two modern two-bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms. Designed to host up to four guests, both units feature double beds in each bedroom.

Each apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and a baby cot available upon request. The kitchens are fully equipped - ground floor apartments include a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, two ceramic stovetops and a microwave oven, while the upper apartment includes a large oven, four ceramic stovetops, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The ground floor apartments offer outdoor seating just outside the entrance, while the upper apartment features a partially sea-view balcony.

Please note that pets are not allowed. Private parking is available on-site for four cars.

The apartment is cleaned every seven days, with bed linen changed, while towels are changed every three days.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
