Description
Veroniki Apartment is located in the center of Skala Maries, just a few steps away from the beach, shops and taverns. The apartment has two bedrooms which makes it ideal for the couples who want to enjoy a beautiful sea view from the balcony.
Villa is located on the first floor, above mini-market, in the center of Skala Maries, steps away from the city beach. Next to the villa is a tavern Cavo D'Oro. Sunset beach is on the one side of Skala Maries and Atspas beach on the other, just few minutes away from the villa.
The villa was built in 2000 but the owners invest in it every year. There is one duplex apartment with two separate bedrooms each with two single beds. Rooms are connected with a common balcony that overlooks the street, sea and a city beach. Equipped kitchen is separated from these two rooms and it has an oven and a big fridge. The bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. Apartment has about 45m2 and extra bed can not be added, only a baby cot on request.
Cleaning and the replacement of the towels and linen is being done every three days.
There`s no private parking. The guests can find a parking space on the street.
When you get to the central bay of Skala Maries you will see the tavern Cavo D'Oro on the beach. Your apartment is in the building next to it, above the shop.
The apartment is ideal for two couples or families with grown up children who want to be close to the sea, beach and center of the town, and also to enjoy in a beautiful view from the balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
