Hotel Description

Skala Maries Villa is located in Skala Maries village and offers completely equipped maisonette for 10 persons. Large balcony with amazing sea view is breathtaking and it helps you with your choice. There are three separated bedrooms and covered parking spot.

Villa is in the village with the same name, located on the hill above the city beach. The closest shop is in the center, which is 150 meters away. City beach is on the same distance, while Atspas beach is around 450 meters far. This beach offers you free sunbeds and umbrellas as long as you order drink from the beach bar.

Building was built in 2006. and the owner lives here during the winter. Building has two floors and around 120m2. Ground floor had living room with two sofas, completely equipped kitchen (big fridge, oven…) and one bathroom with a shower (without a cabin). On the upper floor are three bedrooms and one more bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a double bed, while one of them has also a bunk bed. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed. Entrance to the big balcony is from the living room. Two bedrooms also have small private balconies. Big balcony has wonderful view to the bay and here you can enjoy maybe the best sunsets in the island.

Changing of towels, linen and cleaning is done on the half of the stay (usually 5-6 days).

Parking has space for two cars.

When arriving from Prinos direction, you are turning right 750 meters after the overpass. After 180 meters you will turn left and than drive up to the hill 200 meters more. You will see the accommodation from your right.

This accommodation is great choice for bigger companies or families who want to enjoy big balcony and lovely sea view.

The house is spacious, with air-conditioned rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It is situated in an excellent location, between two beaches. There is a beautiful view from the rooms and the terrace.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

If there are more guests in the apartment than anticipated the owner can ask for the deposit which will be given back in case no damage is done during the stay.
