Our description
Valsamidis Room is located in small fishermen village Skala Mareis, very close to the sandy beach. It offers few rooms and one big apartment with three bedrooms which can accommodate seven persons in total. It is one of the bestsellers because of the low prices.
Accommodation is on the second row from the sea. City beach and city center with the markets are 100 meters away.
Valsamidis offers four rooms and one apartment with three bedrooms. It was built in 1996. Rooms are double, each with two single beds, fridge and private bathroom. Three rooms have common balcony and sea view while fourth has private balcony but street/garden view. On the same floor there is also a common kitchen. One of the sea view rooms is smaller than the others and has one double bed (smaller than standard). If needed, an extra bed can be added to the rooms.
Apartment is located on the high ground floor so there is no sea view. The first bedroom has two single beds, second has single and double bed and third has one double. All double bed in apartment are smaller than standard. The third bedroom is reachable from the kitchen and this bedroom has private exit to the balcony. Kitchen has big fridge, stove, electric kettle, small oven and coffee machine. Bathroom has a shower.
Cleaning and change of towels and linen is done every three days.
Parking is not private but you can find a place on the street in front of the accommodation.
When coming from Prinos direction, at the exit of the village Skala Maries turn right to Atspas Beach (there is a board). When you pass the beach, pass also the small intersection and continue straight. After about 130n meters you will see Valsamidis on the right side, exactly on the turn.
This accommodation is very modest but one of the cheapest in our offer so it is good choice for those you want to save some money.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Jako smo zadovoljni i smeštajem i ljubaznošću vlasnika, imali smo nekoliko sitnih dodatnih zahteva, sve su ispunili u roku od par minuta. U smeštaj smo ušli čim smo stigli, što je bilo 7h ujutru, videli su nas sa terase i pozvali gore. Svakom bismo preporučili i rado ćemo se vratiti.

Cea mai proastă alegere. Apa de la duș rece fără presiune. Într-un final am descoperit să dăm drumul la boiler deoarece ei îl aveau oprit și ne spuneau că nu a fost soare suficient. A plouat și a intrat apa pe la hota până în dormitor. Miros urât de la canalizare și de mobilă veche.

Sve pohvale za domaćine. Bili su jako ljubazni i nenametljivi. Ponekad su nam donosili sok, voće i povrće. Šteta što ne znaju srpski, niti engleski pa je kominikacija bila jako slaba. Smeštaj je lep, čist, uredan, prostran i jednostavan. Kuhinja je velika sa dovoljnim brojem sudova i uređaja. Svaka soba je imala klimu i komarnike na vratima i prozorima. Smeštaj je bez TV-a ali sa obličnim internetom. Posteljina i peškiri su takođe bili čisti i redovno su ih manjeli. Terasa je velika sa pogledom na more. Sve u svemu sve pohvale i preporuke za ovaj smeštaj.
