Our description
Kentia Studios is located in the center of Skala Maries, on the quiet place. Accommodation is clean and affordable and it is only few steps from the city beach and all the contents.
Kentia is 100 meters away from the closest shops, taverns, bakery, city beach and the center.
It was built in 1994. but renovated in 2018. It offers five studios and one duplex apartment. Two studios are located on the ground floor while other three on the first floor, as well as the apartment. Ground floor studios are in front side of the house, first floor units are from the back side. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed.
Apartment (#104) has two bedrooms, connected with a balcony. It has around 48m2. It is not classic duplex apartment. One bedroom has double bed and one bunk bed, small fridge and small bathroom without a tub. Beds are wooden. In second bedroom there are double bed and folding sofa, small fridge and small bathroom without a tub (shower only). This room has modern furniture. Kitchen is separated and the entrance to the kitchen is from the hall from which you also enter both bedrooms and the other studios. Kitchen is used by apartment guests only. Balcony is spacious and has enter from the bedrooms and the kitchen.
On the first floor, except from the apartment, there are also three renovated studios (#101,#102 and #103). Each of them have around 16m2. All the studios have double bed, bathroom and small equipped kitchen (one stove, kettle and fridge). All units have the same balcony but because of the privacy, the owners are putting dividers between.
On the ground floor, from the frontal side, two more studios are situated (#1 and #2) and they have around 25m2. Studio #1 has two single beds and one bunk bed, small kitchen (stove, kettle and small fridge) and bathroom with a shower (without a tub). Studio #2 has 3 single beds, small kitchen and bathroom with a shower (tub).
Both units have spacious terraces.
Only studios on the ground floor have mosquito nets. The iron is available but you need to ask the owner for using it.
All the units have AC, TV and WiFi internet.
Cleaning and changing of towels and linen and done every 3 days.
In front of the house there is a paved yard with a barbecue.
There is no private parking but you can park in front of the house as there is enough space.
When you arrive to the center of Skala Maries, near the city beach, turn inside the small street next to the tavern Cavo D'Oro. After 100 meters you will see Kentia on your right side (end of the road).
Nearby you can find other two beaches of Skala Maries, Sunset and Atspas.

Kentia studios is 2 minutes walk from the beach and on just 100m from the port where are taverns and restaurants.
It offers air-conditioned studios with free WiFi and furnished balcony with garden view.
All studios have a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge and electric kettle. Each unit has a TV with DVD player and a private bathroom with hairdryer.
Prinos Port is 20km away and Limenas port is on around 35km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, hello, we are 2 families - 4 adults and 3 children (5,6 and 10 years), wanting to spent our holiday at your accomodation, if possible. Please let us know if you have availability for us from 15 august-25 august. We are a little flexible about the dates +-3 days. We would like to have a 4 bed studio and a 3 bed studio, (but if don't have these available we can put the small children in their parent's bed).
