Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Kostas Studios is located in Skala Maries, in a quite place and close to the center and the beach. Besides good location, hygiene is in very high level and guests also have a barbecue in the garden.
City beach is 50m from the accommodation.
The accommodation was built in 1992 and renovated in 2008. It offers ten studios and one apartment (six studios are located on the ground floor, and the remaining four and the apartment are upstairs). All studios have an area of about 15m2, the double ones have two single beds or a double bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The triple ones differ only in the bed structure, as they have a double bed with a pull-out bed for a child. These units are different from each other, starting from the color to the arrangement of the furniture and the size of the terrace (the two terraces on the ground floor are walk-through). The apartment has an area of 35m2, a living room with two single beds and a very small bedroom with bunk beds.
All the units have AC, TV, WiFi internet, new furniture, decent bathrooms and balconies.
For the landlady hygiene is very important and the studios are really clean, and you`ll notice that all the rooms are full of details, ribbons, decorative candles, bowls and so on.
The same is about the garden, there are flowers and lots of details, so at first glance it seems chaotic, but in fact everything is always in its place.
Cleaning and the replacement of the towels and linen is done every three days.
The owner has a safe in which you can put your belongings. Also she has an oven and a washing machine which you can use if needed.
There is no private parking so you should find a place somewhere around the house.
When you get to the center of the village, turn to the small street next to tavern Cavo D'Oro and after 50m you will see your accommodation from the left side of the road.
If you want decent accommodation in small place, close to the beach, Kostas can be a good choice.

Postovanje Nikana, Od ponudjenih opcija najvise nam se dopada ovaj kostas vila,ali da li mozete da nam posaljete jos opcija u toj ceni za nijansu luksuznije.Mi bismo vas jos zamolili ako imate neke ponude u tom periodu i toj ceni i broj gostiju,apartmane u Neosmarmaris ali na paradizo plazi.Unapred hvala Pozdrav Pap Arpad
