Our description
San To Spiti Sas (Like at home) is an accommodation that, by its very name, reveals to the guests what kind of the apartments it has to offer. The villa is located in the small town of Skala Maries, near the popular sandy beach Atspas and provides to the guests two apartments with beautiful sea view.
Accommodation is located at a distance of 350m from the popular sandy beach Atspas, as well as from the nearest supermarket. Center of the village with all the taverns and cafes is 900m away.
Villa offers two apartments with separated bedrooms and terraces that have a beautiful view of the sea and the yard. Apartment Billy is located on the ground floor and it has two single, one double bed and a sofa. This unit is intended for five people (4+1). Apartment Tina is located on the first floor and it has two single beds and a sofa bed. It is suitable for four people.
All units have air conditioning, internet access, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Kitchens and bathrooms are decorated in the same way in both apartments. Bathrooms have shower with a curtain, while the kitchens are fully equipped and have large refrigerator, stove (oven does not work), kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen are being done every four days.
In the yard there is a seating area that can be used by the guests of both apartments.
Parking space is provided for one vehicle, while the guests of the another apartment can leave their car on the road in front of the accommodation. There is always free space.
Coming from Prinos, turn right from the main road exiting Skala Maries, near the Atspas beach sign. Drive straight for another 250m and turn right onto a dirt road that will take you to your accommodation. The villa is located on a hill.
Accommodation is a good choice for all those who want to enjoy beautiful sea views from the apartments during their stay on Thassos.

San To Spiti Sas (gr: Like your home) is located in Skala Maries village, on a quiet place not far from the center (5 mins by car) and all facilities.
The accommodation is located on 400m from Atspas beach and consists of two accommodation units.
It has two apartments that have one separate bedroom, a living room with the kitchen and bathroom. Apartment Billy is located on the ground floor and it has two single beds, one double bed and a fold out arm chair. Apartment Tina is located on the upper floor and it has two single beds and a fold out sofa for two people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
