Description
Alexis New Villas are two newly built, connected, authentic stone and wooden villas, with a yard with a built-in barbecue, large porches and balconies overlooking the greenery and the sea, as well as an parking lot on the back side.
Accommodation is located in Skala Panagia, also known as Golden Beach, on the hill left from the road that leads into it. The path that leads to villas is about 100-200 meters long, partly gravel and partly clay and quite steep. However, since the villas are on the hill with a phenomenal view of the entire Golden Beach, it's worth to reach them. It is 800m from the beach and first market.
They offer three maisonettes for a maximum of five persons, one maisonette for up to six people and two studios for up to four people. All accommodation units are accessible directly, from the back, or from the front yard. The apartments are on two levels (maisonettes) and have few rooms, whereas in studios all is within one room.
Maisonettes for five persons (65m2) on the upper level have a gallery with a double bed and access to a private balcony with a view of the countryside and the sea, as well as a bathroom with modern toilet and shower in the glass. On the lower level there's a living room with a fireplace and a sofa for sitting and sleeping, a kitchen with dining room, single bed with additional drawer bed and access to a large shared terrace with deck chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs, connected with a yard by stairs.
Maisonette for six people (85m2) is very similar to the one previously described, but it's larger, because it has one more bedroom for two at the top level.
Apartments have air conditioners in the bedrooms, big TV, DVD player and speakers. In the kitchen there are two hot plates and a medium sized refrigerator.
Studios (40m2) have with two connected single beds, a bed with pull-out drawer, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, beauty table with mirror and chair, kitchen with stove with two burners and medium-sized fridge, as well as a large new bathroom with tub. They are equipped with air conditioning and a small TV hanging on the wall.
The internet is not available.
Cleaning is done on a daily basis, while the bed linen and towel replacement is done every 3-4 days.
To get to this accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, as soon as you enter the village of Panagia, turn left towards Golden Beach. Continue straight and as soon as you pass Corali, Nostos, Dimitris, turn left onto the street. Continue straight and turn into first street on the right, where after a few meters you will see Alexis New Villas.
If you like the feeling which stone houses give, with panoramic view, new, clean and modern, filled with unique details and pictures, the combination of mountains and sea, green conifers and the blue of the sea, then you would be thrilled with these apartments, just as I was.
Alexis Villas are not typical seaside lodging, so if you prefer a villa by the sea and lots of concrete with a good access, then you wouldn't like this accommodation. But if you like fresh air, sea view from a height, a bit isolated and a peaceful place, then you'd really like it.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

I hope we can continue in serbian... U Alexis-u imaju jednu celu Villu za obe porodice, slobodnu u terminu od 20/6 -30/6. Cena za 4clanu porodicu bi iznosila 55e za noc, a za troclanu 50e. Da li Vam to odgovara?
