Hotel Description

Sea and Park View villa is located in Skala Maries, not far from the popular Atspas Beach. The rooms are nicely decorated and some have a sea view. Accommodation is an ideal option for anyone looking for a budget villa near the sea and beautiful sunsets view.

The villa is 300m from the center and 250m from the nearest shop. At the same distance are the city beach and Atspas beach.

There are four rooms on the ground floor and they have about 20m2. The kitchen is shared and has a cooker and a large fridge. Room #1 has one double and one single bed. The terrace has a sea view. Room #2 has three single beds and a larger sea view terrace. Room #3 has two single beds and a smaller terrace with side sea view. Room #4 has one double and one single bed but not a terrace, only a window.

All units have a small fridge and shower in the bathroom with a curtain. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed to some units.

Cleaning, replacing towels and bed linen is done every three days.

The yard is smaller but there is a sitting area.

Parking is provided for all guests of the villa.

Turning in the Prinos direction, turn right at the Atspas beach sign. Drive along the coast for another 800m and at the intersection you will see the Sea and Park View villa.

Accommodation is an ideal option for anyone looking for a villa in a quiet location and sea view, located near a sandy beach.

The accommodation is excellent, the location is superb, and the hosts are equally gracious. Hygiene is maintained to a very high standard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
