Daniel Beach is located in Nikiana, not far from the center of the village. It is an ideal choice for those seeking accommodation on a private beach at an affordable price. The property is of a slightly older date, but well-maintained. In recent seasons, it has been among the most sought-after accommodations in Lefkada, mainly due to the semi-private beach in the yard and natural shade on the beach.
The nearest shop and bakery are about 100m away, while the center of the village is about 300m away.
The accommodation units are divided into two buildings - one is located right on the shore, while the other is in the same yard, 20m from the sea, and extends on the ground floor, first, and second floor.
In the building on the shore, there are eight triple studios (19m² each), each with one double and one single bed (an extra bed can be added if needed).
In the other building, there is a large apartment (40m²) for up to five people, with two bathrooms and two terraces. In one bedroom, there is one double and one single bed, while the other bedroom has another double bed.
Triple Plus studios, also located in the second building, have a separate kitchen from the sleeping area, with a large refrigerator.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, internet, TV, kitchen (stove with a small oven and fridge with a freezer), and a terrace, most of which have a sea view.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every four days.
Parking is provided only for the 3 Bed Studio, Beachfront units. Other guests can park on the street, where there is usually space available.
The beach is pebbly, with small round stones and crystal clear water. There are several sunbeds on the beach that are free to use.
The owners live in the villa and are available to guests for any information and assistance.
