For the first time, we chose to vacation in Lefkada. Nikiana is a charming place for a peaceful retreat, while Daniel beach accommodation boasts a fantastic location with a beach in the courtyard, a stunning view of the mountain range in the distance, and an indescribable color of the sea. The hospitality was so remarkable that the owner knew the name of every guest. The only minor complaint, if there is even room for one, is that the accommodation has a somewhat older decor reminiscent of the 80s. The price was rarely very affordable, at least for the period we visited, which was September. Lefkada offers beautiful beaches and a variety of experiences to enjoy and explore. Thank you!

We are extremely satisfied; the location is phenomenal. Nikiana is a small place that lacks a beautiful beach, but this accommodation offers its own private beach. It is ideal for relaxation and unwinding, perhaps the best apartment that can encompass everything and ensure a quality vacation.

The host's attitude towards the guests is catastrophic; unfortunately, there is too much politics, shouting, and insulting guests on a national basis. Cleanliness is at the lowest level; guests are forced to change their own bedding and towels, and this only once every ten days. We did not do this even once. The location is good, but unfortunately, everything else is not. The email states that check-out is at 12:00, yet we were thrown out at 10:00 with severe insults claiming that our country does not exist, accompanied by curses in Greek. Due to such inappropriate behavior from the host, we were compelled to stay at other beaches and local establishments.

The accommodation offers everything one could need; it is functional and clean. What takes your breath away is the courtyard and the beautiful private beach. Daniel is a wonderful and very warm-hearted host.

The accommodation is quite old. The hygiene is not at a commendable level. The air conditioning in our studio was not working, and the shower curtain in the bathroom was torn, as was the curtain in the studio itself.

Dear Sir/Madam, regarding the Daniel Beach Studios, we can say the following: Considering that we stayed in two apartments (three nights in the building by the main road and seven nights in the building by the beach), please do not recommend the apartments facing the street. Firstly, they are extremely noisy, and secondly, those apartments are smaller and considerably inferior. The hygiene is not at a commendable level; the dishes were exceptionally dirty, there are cobwebs in the corners, and some basic items are missing in the apartment, such as a sponge for washing dishes and an extension cord (there is only one or two sockets). The Wi-Fi in the accommodation is extremely weak, almost non-existent. The beach, or rather the courtyard, is perfect; it truly offers a genuine vacation experience, with a very beautiful beach and crystal-clear water. We visited many beaches on the island, and this one ranks among the top three. Overall, it is perfect for a vacation considering the courtyard and the beach, while the accommodation itself has some minor shortcomings, and that is all.

The relationship between the host and the tourist was rather cold. Initially, I needed an extra bed (which was supposed to cost 20), but I negotiated it down to 10. Parking was quite problematic, as there were many cars in a small space. My rating is 6.50.

The house is excellent for relaxation as it fully utilizes the private beach, with free sun loungers always available for everyone, and parking spaces are also plentiful. The only downside is the accommodation; the furniture is old, cleanliness is partial, and there has been no investment for years.

Kind owners, the accommodation is situated in a beautiful location with a private beach that is very clean. The yard is quite acceptable, and parking is generally available in the yard. The only complaint is that the appliances are not in the best condition; for instance, the air conditioning cools very poorly, almost not at all, and the electric stove struggles to heat water to a boil.

The accommodation fully matches the description on the website. The bedding was changed every six days, not every three as stated on the site.

On the 57th day, they could be more courteous, considering that apart from the property by the water, which costs them nothing, they have no other positive aspect. There is no hot water at the kitchen tap, the shower curtain is nonexistent, and the Wi-Fi barely works at night. The terrace lacks any protection, making it impossible to use during the day. However, I managed to secure clean linens as stated on the website, although we were told upon arrival that they would only be available for 6 days. The owner constantly approaches guests with some complaints, mostly directed at the wrong guests. When you inform him, he does not understand. I would not recommend it to anyone. We are surprised, as we had excellent hosts in previous years for less money, just two minutes away from them.

I kindly request that you revise the information regarding cleanliness maintenance. In the past fourteen days, our linens and towels have been changed only twice. The website states that the studio is cleaned and linens and towels are changed every three days. In four studios, there is one broom with a bucket and a cleaning brush that falls off the handle without a dustpan. When cleaning and scrubbing the floors in the studio, they do not move the bags on the floor, allowing dirt to accumulate beneath them. There is no curtain in the bathroom, making showering inconvenient as water splashes everywhere. The landlord is reluctant to enter the apartments to check for any potential issues. My friends experienced poor air conditioning. When asked to enter the studio and take a look, he refused, explaining that the air conditioning works well. He even suggested that if they feel hot, they should go to the sea to cool off. Ultimately, my friend had to open the air conditioning himself and clean the dirt and dust buildup from the filter. In my opinion, they invest very little in the accommodation, relying instead on the beach, which is flawless.

An excellent location for the apartment in a small, tranquil place, featuring a private beach and friendly owners. The studio is standardly equipped, yet it has everything necessary for a delightful vacation. The only downside is that the sun sets early in the afternoon, at least during our visit in September.

We stayed at this accommodation from June 20 to July 4, 2019. Based on the pictures I saw on the website, I knew what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the host, who made an effort to greet us every day, exchange a few words with us, and, of course, remember our names. We were accommodated in a property close to the beach. We had never vacationed at a place so near the shore before. It truly has no price. The sound of the sea can be heard from the apartment. It is also invaluable that you don’t have to carry anything when going to the beach... everything is just a few steps away, sunbeds are free, and there are enough of them. The apartments are modestly furnished, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there was always hot water, and surprisingly, the refrigerator is quite large. Our apartment did not have a coffee pot, probably by chance. During our stay, they changed our towels and bed linens twice. Nikiana doesn’t have anything special, but it has everything you need: a few shops, a butcher, a restaurant. The gyros, however, is rather poor... But Lefkas and Nidri are quite close. We visited several well-known beaches, but now I wouldn't go to those beaches for any price... they are terribly inaccessible, very crowded, there is no shade, the waves are large, and the stones are uncomfortable, you can't dive, the water is milky white, and the bottom is scarce... apart from the turquoise sea, I see nothing else that is beautiful. Parking is charged everywhere at 5 euros. For me, the beach at Danijela is perfect: warm, calm sea, shade. We will certainly return to this accommodation at least once more. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, featuring its own beach (very beautiful and clean). Bed linens and towels are changed every three days... overall, everything is great :-) It is very convenient for small children, as those who cannot explore the western beaches every day always have the option to stay on their own beach. A lovely courtyard, full of shade, with lemon and orange trees :-) Nidri and Lefkas are also nearby for evening strolls. Highly recommended... we will definitely return. Just one piece of advice, do your shopping at Lidl. The supermarkets are quite expensive.

We were accommodated in a facility located further from the beach at the end of August and the beginning of September 2018. The accommodation is as described, cramped (the room with a kitchenette can be around 12 square meters), and the kitchen is more suitable for making coffee than preparing meals. The side facing the street is quite noisy, so those who are sensitive to noise would do well to avoid that side. To reach the beach from this facility, you must exit onto the street and then enter the courtyard; it would be better if there were a direct connection. The beach in the courtyard is excellent, the sea is warm, and there is plenty of shade, which adds value to these apartments. The property closer to the beach is far better (although it is also cramped), but what does it matter when you can step directly onto the shore? The only downside is that those apartments are quite occupied, mostly by Italians who are long-time guests in Lefkada and come with large families, mostly during August and September. Nearby the apartments, there is a bakery, a butcher, and a store is just 100 meters away.

I am very satisfied, and most importantly, for all those who have not had experience with Nika, everything is exactly as it is depicted in the pictures, both this year in Lefkada and last year in Sarti. I am grateful to her for saving me the unnecessary time I would have spent searching through other agencies. She instilled trust in me, and I wouldn’t change her; I wholeheartedly recommend her. The location is excellent, situated halfway between Desimi beach and Lefkada. After the rains and storms, only Desimi had warm water since July 1, 2018. The three-person studio, located in a villa by the street, is small, but the terrace offers comfort and a beautiful view. It has screens on the windows, and another terrace where the sun doesn’t shine in the morning. From this terrace, there is significant noise at night from the street. We turned on the air conditioning once to check if it worked. The wind blows constantly at varying intensities, bringing freshness from the sea, making the apartment very pleasant, even though it is on the top floor. For 13 nights, the bedding and towels were changed three times, which is commendable. There is plenty of parking space in the yard and on the street. The beach is small but sufficient. The yard is ideal for small children. Besides the grill, there is also a shared kitchen on the beach. The good natural shade allows for enjoyment outdoors all day long. This year, the sea at this beach was extremely cold, but the regular guests we met said that by the end of June, it is usually much warmer. The owner, Daniel, is courteous and enterprising. Some careless guests were in the studio before us and left a mess. We couldn’t enter for three hours, barely managing to clean up. When we were leaving, the landlady, upon seeing the condition in which we left the studio, kept thanking us until we departed. From June 15 to July 15, an older gentleman named Avgerinos from Patra stays at Daniel's, selling good olive oil, wine, and tsipouro (grape pomace). There is no gyros in Nikiana until the evening, and the markets and bakeries open early. Lefkas is close for evening strolls, and there is a large parking area right at the entrance by the port. There are parking spaces in the town near the promenade, but many do not know because it is hidden. Lefkada itself is not suitable for those who cannot tolerate the wind.

We stayed at Daniel Beach Studio from July 16 to 26, 2018, with my wife and our two children. We chose this accommodation primarily for the beach located in the courtyard and the shaded courtyard itself. Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly return here after a few years. Why after a few years? Because our younger son is only 1.5 years old, and I believe Lefkada is not suitable for such young children. Upon our arrival, the water was very cold, and one day it rained all day long. In that situation, you have no choice but to stay in the apartment - small children do not handle travel well, so we could not visit the exotic beaches in the west, and Nikiana itself is almost a village, meaning there are no amenities. In the last few days, when the water warmed up, it was truly lovely. The rooms are quite small and more cramped than what can be perceived from the pictures. What isn't visible is that the cleaning is very poor, done only once every five days and that superficially. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we received an additional crib upon request. The refrigerator is quite large, which is commendable. The kitchen is very poorly equipped and has an outdated design, which is the weakest part of the apartment. In summary, the most important aspects are present - natural shade and a beach in the courtyard, where one can spend the entire day; everything else is of lesser importance.

We were at the end of June in a triple studio right by the sea. It was clean and tidy, and they changed our bed linens and towels twice in ten days, which truly surprised me. The view from the terrace is priceless... The location of the house and the small beach are ideal for families with young children. We were fortunate that there were quite a few children in our shift who played until 11 PM, and it didn't bother anyone. The accommodation is a bit farther for exploring the western side, but for those who are willing, nothing is too difficult. The hosts were very cooperative. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and what’s more, it exceeded our expectations.

The location of Daniel Beach Studios serves as an excellent base for exploring all the other beaches and beautiful spots on this enchanting island. The yard opens up to the sea, featuring two small beaches and sun loungers; the water is crystal clear, and the shade is perfect for small children. Additionally, there is a barbecue in the yard, and parking is available either in the yard or on the street in front of the accommodation, with always enough space (at least that was our experience during our 15-day stay). Regarding the accommodation, we were placed in an apartment by the street (six of us), and there was ample space, with the mattresses on the beds in excellent condition. We were welcomed by a clean apartment, and there was hot water available every day. In one of the kitchens, we also had hot water at the tap, which was great for washing dishes. The linens and towels are changed every 5 days, and a lady came to change everything, clean, and wipe down... We had three refrigerators (two smaller and one larger), so there was no shortage of space for food storage. We left very satisfied, and if we return to Lefkada, we will likely choose this accommodation again.

The modestly furnished cozy studios are remarkably clean, which is of utmost importance, featuring comfortable mattresses and a large refrigerator. I suggest that the owners convert the studios in the building next to the beach into double accommodations for greater comfort. Even at the current price, they would still be affordable, and the stay would be more pleasant, especially concerning comfort and reducing crowding. Additionally, it would be desirable to make some adaptations to the kitchen area - primarily regarding the cabinet and workspace. The owners are fair, and I must emphasize once more, it is hard to find a better position for a courtyard/beach - not just on Lefkada. Due to the large number of families with children who adore this place, I draw attention to the need for some household order that would ensure more solid conditions for rest and enjoyment for everyone. Certainly, a big thank you for the kindness and cooperation from both the hosts and the organizers!

We stayed in a house that is situated further away from the beach... the accommodation is decent... the best part is the yard where you can park your cars in the shade, which leads to two beautiful small beaches. On those beaches, you can enjoy shade during the longest part of the day. The water is perfectly clear. The owner of the property is very kind and hospitable. The overall impression is that vacationing at Daniel Studios - Nikiana is much more than we expected. If I were to rate it from 1 to 5, I would give it a 5+.

This September, my husband, our 6-year-old son, and I spent a delightful 14 days in Lefkada, and a significant part of our positive impression is undoubtedly due to this accommodation. For those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday who do not mind the simplicity of the lodging (and who would, when you have the sea in your backyard :) ), there is no need to look further. The yard and private beach are just a step away from the rooms, parking is available in the yard, and while Nikiana itself may not be particularly special, it offers everything you need so you don’t have to venture out constantly. If you wish to explore, Lefkas is just a ten-minute drive to the north, and Nidri is equally close to the south :) It's a perfectly fine spot for touring the island. I recommend it wholeheartedly, and when we plan our next visit to Lefkada in a few years (which is certainly bound to happen :) ), we will very likely consider Daniel Beach Studios again!

This September, I spent my holiday at Daniel Studios, and I must say that I am absolutely delighted. The villa may be a bit older, as are the furnishings, but everything is clean and lovely. The owners are always available for any assistance, questions, and to accommodate our needs. The parking in the courtyard is a fantastic feature, the view of the sea from the terrace is breathtaking, and best of all, if you wish to take a break from exploring the beautiful beaches of Lefkada, you have your own private little beach here with sun loungers, chairs, natural shade, a shower, and everything you need for relaxation. The prices are very affordable and reasonable, and the location is close to Lefkas. I highly recommend this villa to everyone. :)

We have just returned from Lefkada. As per our agreement, we were first accommodated in a ground-floor apartment, and for the last three nights, we stayed in an apartment on the first floor with a view of the sea. The accommodation features a private beach that is perfect (from the perspective of a mother of a three-year-old). There are about twenty free sunbeds available, the sea is as clear as a tear, and the shallow water is just right for a child. The owner visits the guests every day, greets them, and makes an effort to remember their names. He even gifted our son a cookie and a cake, which is a really nice gesture. I understand why guests return year after year. There is a bakery right across from the accommodation, a store 100 meters away, everything is accessible. The beach even has natural shade, which is fantastic; we didn’t even open the umbrella. They change the bed linens and towels every three days, which is great. Now for the downsides: the apartment is smaller, the first one on the ground floor was a bit dark, there is no trash can in the kitchen, and I didn’t have a coffee pot (the apartment on the first floor had one). Overall, the impression is positive, and honestly, we would go back there again. Since this was our second time in Lefkada, we only went to other beaches three times; we spent the rest of the vacation on Daniel's beach :)

The property is older, tidy, and reasonably clean. An advantage is that it has its own courtyard where one can park a car and a small beach area with sun loungers. It is a great location for exploring the entire peninsula. The studios are small and not particularly suitable for four people. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is satisfactory.

We returned from our vacation last week. We are exceptionally pleased with the accommodation; the host is very kind, and what delighted us the most was having the sea in our backyard. This is confirmed by our decision to repeat the same accommodation next year.

My wife and I vacationed at this accommodation from July 6 to July 13, 2017. The accommodation is situated in a tranquil area of Nikiana and features its own beach with plenty of sunbeds available. The stunning view from the rooms facing the sea makes you forget about any shortcomings of the accommodation itself. I stayed in a house that is further from the water and enjoyed a beautiful view from two terraces. The room has a vintage feel and appears a bit dim at first due to the dark brown woodwork, and there is no hot water in the kitchen (but you get used to washing in the sink :) ). Everything was clean, and towels and bed linens were changed as agreed. Overall, our stay here was pleasant, and it serves as an excellent base for exploring Lefkada. We had a minor disagreement with the landlord, which was quickly resolved without issue, but I also want to commend Dušan from NIKANA.GR, who promptly reached out and offered assistance and support. My rating for the agency is 5. Aside from everything mentioned, both positive and slightly negative, if we go to Lefkada again, we plan to vacation at "Daniel beach" next year, but in a property closer to the sea, which we believe is nicer (verified).

My girlfriend and I stayed for 15 nights, from June 23 to July 8, 2017. The accommodation matches the description, it is exceptionally clean, and towels and bed linens are changed every 5 days. The price-quality ratio is outstanding, and it also has its own beach that can be enjoyed for the first couple of days. There are several smaller shops on the street, and the location is good as it is situated midway between Nidri and Lefkas. Lidl and AB market are 5 km from the accommodation, and there are plenty of bakeries, cafes, etc. Overall, you won't go wrong if you choose Nikiana and this accommodation.
