Accommodation description

Daniel Beach Studios is located in the village of Nikiana and is one of the most sought-after accommodations in Lefkada. It is an ideal choice for those seeking accommodation on a private beach, surrounded by greenery and natural shade.

The nearest shop and bakery are about 100 meters away, while the center of the village is approximately 300 meters away.

The property is of older date and modestly decorated, with somewhat simpler furniture and equipment.

Accommodation units are divided into two buildings - the first is located right on the shore (Beachfront), while the second building is of cascading construction, situated in the same courtyard, 20 meters from the sea. Units in the first building are located on the ground floor and first floor, while units in the second building are on the first and second floor.

In the building on the shore, there are eight triple studios (21m2), each with one double and one single bed (an extra bed can be added if needed). The second building houses five more triple studios (17m2) with one double bed and one single bed each. The apartment with two separate bedrooms (40m2) for up to five people has two bathrooms and two terraces. One bedroom has one double and one single bed, while the other has another double bed.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, internet, TV, kitchen (stove with two burners and fridge with freezer) and terrace, most of which have a sea view. A baby cot is available upon request. Units in the building by the sea have mosquito nets.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every four days.

Parking is provided only for the 3 Bed Studio units, Beachfront. Other guests can park on the street, where there is usually space available.

The beach is gravelly, with small round pebbles and crystal clear water. There are several free sunbeds on the beach, as well as a common barbecue area.

The owners live in the villa and are available to guests for any information and assistance.

Daniel Beach Studios is an ideal accommodation if you want to step directly from your room onto the beach and have all amenities at your fingertips.

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
