The Pithari Villa is located on the south of the island, right by the sea. The greatest advantage of this accommodation is its convenient location. All units have balconies with sea views, and since the largest unit can accommodate up to 11 people, it is suitable for larger families or groups of friends.

It is a family house of cascade construction, partially renovated in 2014, located in the very center of Skala Maries. The nearest market is about a hundred meters away.

City beach is located at a distance of 130m.

The accommodation has a total of four units that can accommodate from 2 to 11 people.

On the ground floor there are two studios (28m2), intended for two people. Both studios have a double bed, and the owners can also provide an additional bed, suitable for a child up to 10 years old, if needed.

On the first floor there is an apartment with two separate bedrooms (80m2), which can accommodate up to five people. It consists of two double beds and a sofa. The apartment has two bathrooms.

On the second floor there is an apartment with five separate bedrooms (105m2), which can accommodate up to 11 people. It consists of four double beds and three single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms and an additional balcony overlooking the street.

All units have a kitchen, balconies with sea views, WiFi, air conditioning, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a shared barbecue.

Upon arrival, guests will find a clean accommodation, which they take care of during their stay, for which they are provided with the necessary conditions.

Upon arrival, guests receive sets of clean bed linen and towels, which the owners change upon request.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in nearby streets, where there is usually space available.

If you enjoy vacationing with friends, while being in the center of a peaceful place, right by the sea, then this accommodation would be a good choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
