Day Off Villa represents an excellent choice for families or groups of friends, as well as for couples who desire comfortable and spacious accommodation with complete privacy. The villa features three separate bedrooms, providing guests with ample space for a cozy stay, while the entire property is available without sharing spaces with other guests.

The accommodation is located in the peaceful village of Skala Maries, about 400 meters from Atspas Beach and the nearest supermarket, allowing easy access to the sea and basic amenities on foot. The location is ideal for those seeking a relaxed holiday, away from the crowds, yet close to everything needed for a pleasant stay.

This private house covers an area of 110m2, spread over two floors. The first floor features one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, a dining area, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, another bathroom, and three balconies. All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the upper floor rooms offer a beautiful sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation during your stay, and guests have access to a dining area and a spacious yard that provides additional comfort. In the yard, there is a large covered area with a table and chairs, perfect for family gatherings, lunch, or dinner outdoors. Guests can also use the built-in barbecue and an outdoor shower, which is particularly practical after returning from the beach.

In terms of additional amenities, the villa offers free WiFi, air conditioning, Smart TV, mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors, an iron, hairdryer, and private parking. Cleaning of the property, towel, and linen replacement are done every three days, and pets are welcome with prior notice.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
