Our description
Villa "Avgoustina" is located in Skala Potamia at about 350 m from the beach in a peaceful area near the hotel "Korina", recognized by a number of flags at the entrance. The villa "Avgoustina" also has a distinctive entrance to the garden (concrete arch), parking space inside the yard, then a long building on the ground floor with apartments and studios with an entrance directly from outside, through the porch, and a very nice yard in front of the units, with lots of grass, flowers, trees, deck chairs, parasols, tables, chairs, built barbecues, toys for children...
There are 4 studios for 2, 3 and 4 people and 2 apartments for 4 people. All are equipped with separate bathrooms (shower curtain around the tub), kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, and traditional wooden apartment furniture. It is all very well maintained and clean.
Studios have mostly single beds, in some studios there is a bunk bed, and in some is a double bed, standard-sized or smaller. It is an older building but well maintained, in a large courtyard, surrounded by greenery. The owners are very friendly and unobtrusive, so if you're not too demanding, but want decent accommodation at affordable prices in Skala Potamia, the Avgoustina villa can be an excellent choice.
Replacement of towels and bed linen and cleaning are provided.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price.
There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, nazalost nema mesta. Prvi slobodan studio je slobodan od 14/8 a apartman tek od 24/8. Mozemo li jos nesto proveriti za vas?

treba mi jedan apartman sa 5 kreveta za smestaj troje odraslih i dvoje dece, kao i jedan trokrevetni studio u periodu od 08.08. do 15.08. ( 7 nocenja )

Boravili smo u avgustu ove godine u Avgoustina apartmanima. Prezadovoljni smo smestajem,uslugom i ljubaznoscu domacina. Sve pohvale Nikani.:)

Gostovala sam sa društvom u avgustu 2013. Iskustvo je sjajno, apartmani su uredni i vrlo lepo očuvani. Veliko dvorište uređeno sa ukusom. Ljubazni domaćini. Sve u svemu nema zamerki.

Silvana, nazalost nema vise nista slobodno od smestaja koji mi imamo u ponudi u tom periodu :(

Dobar Dan, Treba nam apartman na Golden beach na Tasosu period od 10.08-22-08 Posalji te nam sto inmate slobodno moze I cena za Avgoustina studios ,mi smo dva vozrasni I jedno dete sa 12. Godina Pozdrav is Skopje

Moja porodica je ovde boravila krajem jula.Ja sam bila malo uplasena dok nismo stigli tamo,jer znate kako u agencijama sve lepo deluje na slikama a kad stignete tamo...E ovde je sve upravo onako kako na slikama vidite ali kad stignete jos je lepse.Gazde su skroz po strani,tu su ukoliko vam nesto zatreba ali vas ni u kom slucaju ne uznemiravaju.Ovde ne pise ali tamo imate i fen i internet.Dvoriste je prelepo,iznad svake terase su vinove loze koje vam pruzaju hlad.Po meni mesto za dobar odmor.Parking mesta ima i vise nego dovoljno.Gazde prodaju i fenomenalno maslinovo ulje,hladno cedjeno.Tako da ukoliko vam treba ne morate traziti po prodavnicama.
