Nefeli Studios is located just a minute’s walk from the beach. It is a renovated accommodation, which owns a private parking, WiFi, TV and A/C. Its’ owners are kind and hospitable, always available to their guests.

Nefeli Studios is situated in Skala Potamia, in the southern part of the Golden Beach bay. Its’ location is exceptional, considering that it is only about a five-minute walk from the center, it is in near proximity to markets, taverns, cafes, etc.

The nearest beach is only a minute of walking away.

This accommodation has a total of ten units, which are intended for two to four people. There are four double and one triple studios on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are two double (No.7, No.10), one triple, one quadruple studio and one quadruple apartment.

Double studio No7 (24m2) consists of one double bed, while double studio No10 (20m2) consists of two single beds joined together. Double studios on the ground floor have a double bed. Triple studios consist of one double and one single bed. Quadruple studio consists of one double bed and a bunk bed. Quadruple apartment has one separate room, which has one single bed and a sofa for one person, while there is one double bed in the kitchen. All units have a terrace and a view of the sea and mountains.

The guests of this accommodation have access to a private parking, a well kept yard with garden furniture, a BBQ, WiFi, TV, A/C, a hairdryer in each room, two hot plates in the kitchen for the preparation on light meals, as well as mosquito nets.

Cleaning, change of towels and linen are done every two to three days.

The yard is fenced, and the lawn is well-maintained. It has a BBQ area and a table with chairs and an umbrella, which are available to all the guests of this accommodation.

The accommodation has a private parking, therefore a parking space is guaranteed to each guest.

When you turn from the street right next to the beach into the street between the tavern Molos and the Scorpios playground, in just a few moments you will come across Nefeli Studios on the left side.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
