Elisavet Nuevo Studios & Suites is located in a peaceful area near the sea, markets, and promenade. It is a newly built and modernly equipped accommodation, offering spacious and comfortable units. The accommodation also features private parking.
Situated in the center of Skala Potamia, the accommodation is only 100m away from the nearest market.
The town beach is located at a distance of 140m.
There are a total of five units available: two studios, with a capacity of up to three people, and three duplex apartments, with a capacity of up to five people.
The triple studios (3 Bed Studio, Confidence, 28m2 and 3 Bed Studio, Happiness, 28m2) are situated on the first floor. They consist of a double bed and a sofa. Both studios offer a sea view, with the view from the Happiness studio slightly better as it is positioned closer to the sea. These units are equipped with standard refrigerators with a freezer compartment.
The first duplex apartment is located on the high ground floor (2 Bedroom Apartment, Creativity, 55m2) and has two separate bedrooms. It includes a double bed, two joined single beds, and a sofa. The private veranda in front of the apartment faces the courtyard and partially overlooks the sea, with an additional balcony that overlooks the back of the courtyard and the street.
The second duplex apartment is located above the first one, on the first floor (2 Bedroom Apartment, Serenity, 55m2) and has two separate bedrooms. The bed layout is the same as in the Creativity unit. This apartment features a large balcony with a sea and courtyard view, as well as an additional balcony overlooking the back of the courtyard and the street.
The third duplex apartment is situated on the high ground floor of the second building (where the triple studios are located) and is adapted for people with disabilities (2 Bedroom Apartment, Optimism). It has two separate bedrooms with the same bed layout as the other duplex units. The private veranda and additional veranda overlook the courtyard.
All duplex units are equipped with two air conditioners, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven.
The accommodation offers private parking, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The bathrooms are equipped with glass partition showers.
Cleaning and towel replacement are done daily, while bed linen is changed every two days.
The courtyard is spacious, with well-maintained grass and a private parking area.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
