Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Elisavet Nuevo Studios & Suites is a newly built and modernly equipped accommodation located in Skala Potamia, 200 meters from the beach and near markets, taverns and cafes.
It has two-bed studios with a sea view and two-bedroom apartments, one of them has a sea view. The studios have a double bed and a sofa, and the apartments are equipped identically and have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other and a sofa in the living room. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartments have an oven as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. Apartments and studios are air-conditioned, and guests have access to internet, TV, hair dryer, coffee maker and electric kettle. There are mosquito nets on the windows.
