Nostalgia Villa is situated in Skala Potamia, an ideal place for a peaceful, family vacation. As it is a standalone property, it offers guests absolute privacy, while the beautifully kept yard and fully equipped kitchen provide an opportunity for guests to feel at home during their stay.
As we mentioned before, it is located in a place called Skala Potamia. It is about 500m away from the main pedestrian zone, as well as markets, taverns, and cafes.
It is also about 500m away from the beach, as the beach is located right next to the main pedestrian zone.
Nostalgia Villa is one of the five properties of the same complex. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor.
The ground floor consists of a living room/kitchen and a bathroom, while the first floor consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom. The maximum capacity of the villa is up to seven people.
The ground floor there's a sofa for three people, while on the first floor there's a double bed in one of the bedrooms and two joined single beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony with partial sea view. The whole villa is 90m2.
This accommodation offers WiFi, TV and A/C in the living room and both bedrooms, a washing machine, beds without borders, fully equipped kitchen, a stove with four hot plates and an oven, a large fridge with a freezing compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, a well kept yard with BBQ, garden furniture and a shared swimming pool.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are done every three days.
The yard is fenced, spacious, and full of greenery, whoch offer a natural shade. It has a garden table with chairs, sun loungers, BBQ and a swimming pool, which is available to all guests of this complex.
The accommodation does not have a private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in front of it.
Coming from Limenas and the village of Panagia, continue after the Alpha Bank ATM and car wash, then turn left and again take the first street on the left.
Nostalgia Villa is an excellent choice for those traveling with a family or in a group; primarily due to its location, but also because the guests have the entire villa to themselves. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and nicely equipped. If you are a fan of your own space, peace and tranquility, then you can not go wrong by choosing this accommodation for your vacation!

Nostalgia Villa is situated in a tranquil location, just 500m away from the beach. It is an autonomous facility, suitable for up to seven people. Within the complex, which includes four additional villas beside this one, there is also a pool available to all its guests. The villa disposes of a fully equipped kitchen, a well kept yard, BBQ, WiFi, TV, and A/C.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
