Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Melida Studios is located in the center of the village, close to the promenade, beach, shops, taverns, and cafes. The courtyard is well-maintained, and the units have everything necessary for a beautiful and pleasant stay.
Situated in Skala Potamia. The first grocery store and bakery are just across the street.
The beach is 200m away from the accommodation.
There are five units available (three studios and two apartments), which can accommodate from two to four people and are located on the first floor. Melida Studios has five units on the first floor - three double studios and two apartments with a separate bedroom.
The double studios are numbers 1, 2, and 4 and are identically equipped. They consist of a double bed.
Apartments are numbers 3 and 5. They have a separate bedroom each. In the bedroom of apartment number 3, there is a double bed, while in the living room/kitchen there is a single bed and a pull-out bed. In the bedroom of apartment number 5, there is a double bed, while in the living room/kitchen, there is a sofa for two.
As for the views, studio number 1 overlooks the surrounding mountains, studio number two overlooks the courtyard and the street, studio number 4 has a partial view of the sea, apartment number 3 overlooks the street and partially the sea, while apartment number 5 overlooks the mountain and partially the sea.
All units have WiFi, TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a kitchen, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a balcony. A baby cot is also available upon request.
Cleaning, change of bed linen, and change of towels are done every two days.
The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and fenced, so the youngest visitors can play carefree.
There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets, where there is usually space available.
