Hotel Description

Serenity Villa is a spacious villa covering an area of 120 square meters, accommodating up to ten people, located approximately 400 meters away from the beach and promenade. It is situated in the peaceful part of Skala Potamia.

Shops and bakeries are within walking distance. The nearest pharmacy is in the village of Potamia, 2km away from the accommodation, while the medical center is at the main intersection in Skala Potamia.

The optimal accommodation capacity is for eight adults and two children. The house spans three levels, featuring four bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, and two separate entrances. The entrance is at the level of the high ground floor, where the living room with a kitchen and a large balcony are located. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has two connected single beds, while the other has a double bed. An air conditioner is located in the hall above the stairs. This level also includes two smaller balconies with mountain views. In the basement, which has a direct exit to the yard, there are two more bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with two connected single beds. The living room with a kitchen features a sofa for two people that unfolds into a bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower cabin. In the same area, another air conditioner is available.

Guests have at their disposal a TV, internet, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets, and a folding baby cot. The kitchen in the basement is equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small stove with an oven and three burners, and a kettle, while the main kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

There is a covered area for sitting and dining. Next to the house, there is a parking space for two cars.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space during their stay. Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay, only for reservations of five nights or more.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
