Elaida Bungalows is located near the beach with natural shade. It is a newly built and modernly equipped accommodation, offering private parking. Guests are provided with privacy and the opportunity for peace and tranquility.

The town center is approximately 650m away, and the nearest bakery is around 750m away.

The beach is at a distance of 295m.

The accommodation consists of a total of four apartments, spread over two levels, accommodating up to 5 people.

All four apartments are similarly equipped. They have an area of 44/45m2 and consist of two double beds and a sofa, suitable for an adult. Each has a separate bedroom. The only difference is that two out of the four apartments have access to a private pool (5 Bed Apartment, Two-Level, Private Pool).

All units have air conditioning, internet access, TV, hairdryer, kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, a private veranda on the ground floor, an additional balcony on the upper floor, a garden view, parking, and a shared barbecue. There is also a baby cot that is upon request.

Cleaning, bed linen and towel change are done every four to five days.

The yard is well-maintained and features a shared barbecue available to all guests.

As mentioned earlier, the accommodation has private parking, so a parking spot is guaranteed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
