Helios Villa is located in the second row from the sea, just 60m from the nearest beach and close to the village of Skala Rachoni, a peaceful spot on the northwest coast of Thassos. This modern accommodation, set in a relaxing environment between the sea and greenery, ensures a tranquil vacation. The town beach and center, featuring several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a gas station, and a large supermarket, are just over 1km away.

The villa is designed as a three-level maisonette, accommodating up to six adults and one child. The first level (basement) includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second level (first floor), you’ll find a living room with a dining area, while the kitchen, an additional bedroom, and another bathroom are slightly elevated, just a few steps above the first floor. One bedroom in the basement has two single beds, while the other features a fold-out double bed. The bedroom on the first floor includes a double bed, and the living room has a sofa.

Guests have access to air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four ceramic burners and a large oven, a dishwasher, and a kettle.

The balcony, equipped with seating and a barbecue, offers a partially obstructed view of the sea due to surrounding trees.

Small pets are allowed upon prior arrangement with the owners and for an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay and for changing linens and towels. A mandatory cleaning fee applies at the end of the stay.

Parking is available in front of the villa.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
