Description
Helios Villa is situated in the second row from the sea, 60m from the nearest beach and not far from the village of Skala Rachoni, a peaceful place in the northwest of the island of Thassos. The main beach and the center of the village, which includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a gas station and a large market, are just over 1km away.
This accommodation is a three-level maisonette, designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child. On the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a dining area, while the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are only a few steps up from the first floor. One bedroom in the basement has two single beds, while the other has a double folding bed, the bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and the living room has a sofa.
Guests can enjoy independent air conditioning units in the living room and all bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher and a kettle.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony equipped with a seating furniture and a barbecue, offering a sea view partially obscured by trees.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linens and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay for all reservations.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
