Owners description
Aspri Petra Villa is situated in the second row to the sea, only 60m away from the sandy beach and not far from the village of Skala Rachoni, a peaceful place in the northwest of the island of Thassos. The center of the village, which includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, a gas station and a large market, is located 2.7km away.
This accommodation is a two-level maisonette by its structure, suitable for up to seven people. On the first level, on the ground floor, you will find the living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed and an extra single bed can be added to one of them, while the third bedroom has a sofa bed for two people.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda with seating area or balcony.
In the courtyard with paved paths and lush greenery, guests can enjoy barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels, which are provided. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay and cleaning service during the stay can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
