The Aspri Petra Villa is located in the second row from the sea, only 60m away from the sandy beach and not far from the village of Skala Rahoni, a peaceful place in the northwest of the island of Thassos. The center of the village, which includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, gas station, and a large market, is 2.7km away.

This accommodation is a two-level unit, designed to accommodate up to seven people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed and an additional single bed can be added to one of them, while the third bedroom has a sofa bed for two people.

Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have access to a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a kettle.

In the courtyard with paved paths and lush greenery, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and at an additional cost.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels, which are provided to them. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay, and cleaning service during the stay can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimum stay is six nights.
When arriving at the accommodation with a pet, an additional payment for cleaning is required and it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per night.
