Hotel Description

Parisis Villa is a ground floor house with a swimming pool, located in a peaceful area in the village of Skala Sotiros, 500m away from the beach. It is an excellent example of tradition combined with modern amenities.

It consists of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two double beds (narrower than standard). In the living room, there are two sofa beds available. The house has a surface area of 100m2.

Guests have access to air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, toaster, and coffee maker.

In front of the entrance, there is a fenced veranda with a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped - full of greenery, with a swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, swings, gazebo, and a gas barbecue.

Private parking is available for guests. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
