Our description
Chrissi Studios is a modest accommodation located on Trypiti beach, which is one of the most popular beaches on Thassos.
Accommodation is located about 200m from the popular beach Trypiti. Closest town is Limenaria which is 2km away from the accommodation and there are located all supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops and bars.
Villa offers six studios (two double, two triple and two quadruple studios) located on the first or second floor. The owners of the villa live on the ground floor. All studios have one double bed, with triple and quadruple units also having one or two more single beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets, terraces overlooking the yard, as well as kitchen and bathroom. Bathrooms have a shower, while kitchens have a small refrigerator, hot plates and kettle. Pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen are done every five days.
The yard is spacious and there is a barbecue, as well as a table with chairs for sitting.
Parking is provided for all guests of the accommodation.
Coming from Prinos, you will see your accommodation on the right side of the main road, soon after the Hotel Blue Dream Palace.
Villa is a good choice for all those looking for an affordable accommodation near the popular Trypiti beach because in this part of the island the choices are limited.

Owners description
Chrissi villa is located in a quiet area, at a short distance from the main road and about 100m from the sandy beach of Trypiti. The area is fenced and ensures privacy. Relaxing atmosphere of the place is enhanced amounts of pine trees, whose shade will certainly be appreciated by every visitor.
Nice 2,3 and 4 bed studios with private bathrooms, a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, kettle and dishes. The rooms have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. Studios are equipped with television and air conditioning for free, the complex includes a bar with a pleasant seating.
This resort we recommended to lovers of peace, tranquility and romantic lounging on the beach. The ideal environment for families with children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
