Lovely Apartment is located in Agia Triada, 400m from the beach and 17km from the water amusement park Waterland. This accommodation is located across the street from the Sun Beach Hotel, which offers visitors the opportunity to use the outdoor swimming pool with a pre-purchased ticket.
The apartment, which is a maisonette on two levels, is located in the semi-basement and on the high ground floor of the residential building and can accommodate a maximum of six adults. On the first level, in the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, on the high ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. There is a double bed in the bedrooms and a sofa for two people in the living room.
In this air-conditioned apartment, in which there is an air conditioner in the living room, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on one of the three furnished balconies.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests of this accommodation are provided with two deckchairs and an umbrella to take to the beach.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Halfway through the stay, the guests change the bed linen and towels themselves, and they must first request that a set of bed linen and towels be delivered to them since they are unavailable.
A parking space is not provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
