Because of this, the studio is especially suitable for couples, business travelers, and guests who want functional accommodation for a short or longer stay, with the option to enjoy the coast during the day and easily reach Kalamaria’s and Thessaloniki’s amenities in the evening.

The studio is situated on the raised ground floor, accessed by three steps, and is designed for up to two adults. The space is arranged as a compact and functional unit, with a kitchen‑dining area, separate sleeping area, and bathroom, allowing guests a simple stay in a space that is easy to use during holidays. The sleeping area has a double bed, while the rest of the studio is intended for meal preparation, daytime relaxation, and comfortable living. This organization is particularly suitable for guests who want a practical studio where everything is within reach, with enough comfort for short or longer stays.

The studio’s equipment is adapted for practical and modern stays, both short and long. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature on warmer days, while WiFi makes communication, activity planning, and online content easier. The TV, with available apps for enjoying favorite content, provides additional relaxation after walks, city tours, or time by the sea. The kitchen is equipped for independent meal preparation during the stay. A special advantage of the studio is the private, fenced veranda, arranged as a pleasant outdoor corner for daytime relaxation. The space is paved, furnished with seating, a small table, and a sunbed, allowing guests to enjoy morning coffee, light meals, or outdoor relaxation. Thanks to the fence and more sheltered position, the veranda offers more privacy compared to typical balconies, while decorative greenery and partial shade contribute to a more pleasant outdoor atmosphere.

Small pets are welcome with prior notice, an extra charge, and a security deposit paid upon arrival, which is fully refunded at departure if no damage has occurred.

The owners provide regular cleaning of the apartment every five days, ensuring a tidy and pleasant stay for guests on longer holidays without concern about maintenance.

Parking is possible in public places along the street, in front of the building or in its immediate vicinity, depending on current availability.

Kalamaria is Thessaloniki’s coastal district, best suited for guests who want to be close to the sea while still within the city environment with a good range of amenities. Unlike classic resorts, the coast here has a more urban character and is intended more for walks, coffee, seaside dinners, and relaxed outings than for full‑day beach holidays on wide sandy shores. Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
