Our description
Villa Camellia is located at the very beginning of Vrasna Paralija and is about a hundred meters away from the beach. It has a total of eight accommodation units, six of which have a view of the sea. The accommodation has parking, as well as a cafe on the beach, where guests can use umbrellas and sunbeds for free. Pets are also welcome.
The nearest market is about 250m away, as is the center, and it is located 800 meters from the main highway and the same distance from Nea Vrasna.
The villa has a landscaped and fenced yard with a barbecue, within which there is also a restaurant-bar where you can pay for meals and dinner.
All apartments have large terraces and side or partial sea views.
There are four four-bed apartments on the first floor, and two five-bed apartments on the second floor.
Two studios are in the basement, seven steps below ground level. They have a private spacious veranda, large windows and balcony doors and overlook the courtyard. Studios are not available to book for the 2024 season.
The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped, with a kettle, toaster, small fridge, two hotplates and complete dishes.
The bathrooms have a shower and curtains.
Towels and bed linen are changed every 5 days. Laundry service is charged additionally.
Guarantee deposit in the amount of 30 euros is mandatory and will be returned in full, if there is no damage.
The owners are friendly and live within the villa. They are there for everything that is necessary.

Villa Camellia is located in Paralia Vrasna at the very beginning of Nea Vrasna and only 70m away from the beach, while the nearest supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are 150m away. Stavros is 3km away and Asprovalta is 2km from the property.
It has eight accommodation units that can accommodate up to five people, seven of which are apartments with sea views and two studios on the ground floor.
Each unit has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and complete dishes, TV, internet, air conditioning, barbecue in the yard and parking.If you are looking for a holiday this year for Paralia Vrasna, this accommodation may be ideal for you.

Note
- Children under the age of 4 do not pay extra for their stay (if they share a bed with their parents) and meals.
- Additional payment for half board is 10€ per person per day.
- Guests of the apartment, for stays between 01.06.-15.09., have at their disposal two sunbeds, an umbrella, and four free drinks (coffee, water, juice, beer, or a glass of wine) at the beach bar.
- The guarantee deposit is 30€. The full amount will be refunded if there is no damage.

Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
