Hotel Description

Villa Camellia is located at the very beginning of Vrasna Paralija and is about a hundred meters away from the beach. It has a total of eight accommodation units, six of which have a view of the sea. The accommodation has parking, as well as a cafe on the beach, where guests can use umbrellas and sunbeds for free. Pets are also welcome.

The nearest market is about 250m away, as is the center, and it is located 800 meters from the main highway and the same distance from Nea Vrasna.

The villa has a landscaped and fenced yard with a shared barbecue, within which there is a restaurant-bar and where meals are served. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style - valid for reservations only for apartments in the period from ¹⁄₆ to ¹⁵⁄₉.

All apartments have large terraces and side or partial sea views. There are four four-bed apartments on the first floor, and two five-bed apartments on the second floor.

Two studios are in the basement, seven steps below ground level. They have a private spacious veranda, large windows and balcony doors and overlook the courtyard.

The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped, with a kettle, toaster, small fridge, two hotplates and complete dishes.

The bathrooms have a shower and curtains.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 5 days. Laundry service is charged additionally.

Guarantee deposit is mandatory and will be returned in full, if there is no damage.

The owners are friendly and live within the villa. They are there for everything that is necessary.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.

Price note

Children under the age of 5 do not pay extra for their stay (if they share a bed with their parents) and meals.
Guests of the apartment, for stays between 01.06.-14.09, have at their disposal two sunbeds, an umbrella, and two free drinks (coffee, water, juice, beer, or a glass of wine) at the beach bar.
The guarantee deposit is 30€. The full amount will be refunded if there is no damage
The prices listed include meals only for units of type 5 Bed Apartment, HB (from ¹⁄₆ to ¹⁵⁄₉).
The price for half board in the 3 Bed Studio, Semi-based unit is 18€ per person per day.
