The apartment has one large bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200), one small bedroom with a double bed (120 × 200) and a living room with expandable corner sofa bed.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron, and a kitchen equipped with a three-burner stove, a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. for water.
