Apartment AniNikol (60m2) is located in Perea, only 150m from the beach. This is a ground floor apartment with a large, spacious terrace, far away from the noise.
The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It can host up to 4 people.
The apartment has one large bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200), one small bedroom with a double bed (120 × 200) and a living room with expandable corner sofa bed.
The living room is comfortable and functional, with a large TV screen with HD resolution. Washing machine, hairdryer and iron, as well as a fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet are also provided.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.06.2024 to 30.09.2024, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
