Oaza Apartment is located in Perea, on the second floor, 30m behind the Fame cafe.

The apartment (45m2) has two exits to the large balcony, a bedroom with one double bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sofa bed, air conditioning, WiFi and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen are available. Hygiene is maintained by the guests.

There is a public parking lot in the building.

First and foremost, a wonderful owner! The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, modernly furnished, and very comfortable, featuring a spacious terrace just 10 seconds away from the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.

Price note

The remaining balance should be paid no later than one day before departure. Guests from Belgrade can receive the keys in Belgrade.
Minimum period of stay is three nights.
