Accommodation description
Oaza Apartment is located in Perea, on the second floor, 30m behind the Fame cafe.
The apartment (45m2) has two exits to the large balcony, a bedroom with one double bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sofa bed, air conditioning, WiFi and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen are available. Hygiene is maintained by the guests.
There is a public parking lot in the building.

An excellent accommodation in a prime location, situated on the most beautiful part of the beach. The owner is exceptionally hospitable and communicative. We have been her guests twice already. Highly recommended.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- For reservations for period from 24.08.2026 to 01.09.2026, there is a discounted price of 600 euros for 8 nights.
- Air conditionerIncluded in price
- The remaining balance should be paid no later than one day before departure. Guests from Belgrade can receive the keys in Belgrade.
