A decent location... the owner is from Serbia, which facilitates easy communication and payment to a bank account in Serbia... a large terrace, everything is clean and tidy... constant hot water, solar boiler... and what women love most on vacation, an iron and ironing board are available for use, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer (we didn't need it, but it might be useful for someone)... 😄

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable. The terrace is quite spacious. It is equipped with literally everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Although there is no private parking, you can often find a spot on the street. The proximity to the beach is extremely important. On the map, it is shown with a discrepancy; it is actually about twenty meters closer than indicated. The owner is very kind, and you can reach out to her for anything, as well as the young man who is there when she is not; he is very friendly and ready to help with everything, even with luggage. All in all, I sincerely recommend this accommodation, and if we return to Perea, "Oaza" will be our choice.
