Oaza Apartment is located in Perea, on the second floor, 30m behind the Fame cafe.

The apartment (45m2) has two exits to the large balcony, a bedroom with one double bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sofa bed, air conditioning, WiFi and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen are available. Hygiene is maintained by the guests.

There is a public parking lot in the building.

First and foremost, a wonderful owner! The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, modernly furnished, and very comfortable, featuring a spacious terrace just 10 seconds away from the beach.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
