Oaza Apartment is located in Perea, on the second floor, 30m behind the Fame cafe.
The apartment (45m2) has two exits to the large balcony, a bedroom with one double bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sofa bed, air conditioning, WiFi and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen are available. Hygiene is maintained by the guests.
There is a public parking lot in the building.

Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Apartment, for period from 05.08.2024 to 15.08.2024, for stays of 10 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 65 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Oaza apartman ima odlicnu lokaciju i jos bolju opremljenost. Za potpun ugodjaj dovoljno je samo da ponesete dobru volju i par krpica. Ko zeli da letuje u Perei nece pogresiti ukoliko izabere ovaj apartman. Snezana
