Koala Luxury Apartment is located in Perea, near Thessaloniki, 2 minute walk from the sea.
It is located on the third floor and it occupies entire floor.
It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, large living room with sofa, air conditioning, wifi, deluxe elevator, covered parking and parking space. Large balcony with views. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants and a market with shops. Thessaloniki is a 5-minute drive away. Apartment can accommodate up to six persons.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro veče. Sweet Luxury Apartman ,da li je moguće 5 odraslih i 2 deteta?(10 i 17 godina)Traženjem je moguće samo 5+1.Termin je od 1.7 do 8.7.Cena za 5+1 je 910 evra,ukoliko je moguće 5+2 koja bi tada bila cena? Pozdrav

Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i uvek dostupan. Apartman je veoma čist i maksimalno opremljen( posteljina , peškiri sve duplo), izuzetno komforan. Nalazi se na dobroj poziciji u gradu - tu su marketi, pekara, autobuska stanica za Solun, plaža na par minuta ( neuređena sa dugačkim plićakom, mada ima i uređen deo sa ležaljkama 7evra dve ležaljke uz konzumaciju za taj iznos). Nije daleko ni uređena gradska plaža sa mnoštvom restorana. Na dvadesetak minuta je plaža Potamos, Sahara i još po neka. Blizu je Solun i sve čari koje on donosi.

Dobro veče, Da li postoji mogućnost za Perea mesto da nam nađete za 4 odrasle osobe i 4 dece od 25.07 do 28.07.tri noći.. Deca imaju godina 11,14,16,17 i verovatno mogu da se smesti i u ovaj app? Hvala na odgovoru. Marija
