The apartment (140m2) is situated on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It features three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with two sofas, an armchair, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including a four-ring stove and large oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and an air fryer. The space is thoughtfully designed as a functional home, with a practical layout and amenities that ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests have access to three air conditioners, Wi-Fi, and TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and curtain, the other with a shower and curtain), and two balconies.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining and cleaning the apartment, and they have an additional set of bed linen and towels at their disposal. For reservations longer than eight nights, one cleaning service is included, if requested by the guests.

The property has private parking, with one spot in the garage at the front of the building, and another parking space behind the building, in the yard.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
